They have canceled the last four appointments for my grandson with no explanation. He's now a year behind on cleanings because they can't get their act together. Very dissatisfied!

I used to like this place but now it needs to be shut down! Today is the day for my kids to be seen and now I get text saying its canceled DONT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE. You will be let down when it time for the appointment!

They always cancel your appointments!!! They have canceled my son's appointment twice in the same month one for cleaning which was scheduled months ago and another appointment because I think he had an abcess but I guess I'll never know because they canceled it again!!! They never answer the phone and it takes forever to reschedule another appointment. We will never go back to RUBY DENTAL!!!!!

The dental assistances could be a little more empathetic. When working with CHILDREN they should be more patient and kind. I get you want to get the job done but my son is only 4 so yes filling a cavity isn't a good experience plus it hurts and they should know that. And to top that off they had no oxygen for the laughing gas. So he didn't have that. Really wish they would of called before I drove there. Just wish I didn't take my son to this location.

My child's appointment has been canceled 3 different times at this location. And the only reason it gives is for unforeseen circumstances. I'm tired of making appointments and taking off work for them to be canceled. She has been going to Ruby Dental previously Kool Smiles since she was 1 years old. She's 13 now. But hasn't been to the dentist in nearly 8 months because they keep canceling the appointments.

This office and the other location has been terrible can't get a appointment and when you do they cancel then to reschedule you have to wait another month. They don't return calls nor follow up

Worst dental experience of my life. They changed the name of their business from Kool Smiles to hide all the complaints, lawsuits and sanctions by the Kentucky Board of Dentistry.

Every time they put a silver cap over my kids teeth it comes off every time and they don't even return phone calls to get it fixed and now it's hard to even find any good dental workers seems like everywhere is closed ??

This location is a joke. Hard to reach anyone one the phone. Terrible scheduling. Had a 10 o'clock appointment for two daughters for cavity fix. At 11:25 and only one child seen! And second daughter hasn't been seen yet. Has gone down hill in last few years! Over two hours for cavity filling!? Sad

Super nice and friendly. Super efficient! Front desk guy ( Bradley is very sweet).
