Customer Service is Horrible, First one to arrive at my appointment and checked in and sat for 30 mins. Watching all other customers go in front of me. I went to the counter to ask, staff said we can't verify your Military Dental Coverage, Which was used on previous Appointment Three weeks ago.

Do not take your kids there. They have cut my daughter's gums twice while cleaning her teeth and gave her infection. She has had her braces on for 3 years and they are saying another year now. They haven't done anything to her braces when they are supposed to adjust them and the orthodontist and most other workers are very rude

Our first trip there this afternoon and we were treated wonderfully-start to finish. Rachael, Brandy and DMD were super helpful and knowledgeable; making sure we didn't leave without all questions answered, a care plan and gorgeous smiles. Very thankful for this team and will continue to use this office.

First I showed up at the wrong location. Sherice and Desiree were wonderful at the front desk and fit me in the schedule for my tooth repair. They were very friendly and helpful. I had the best service from Alympia who explained everything thoroughly before anything was done. She was amazing along with Dr Boudreau. Everyone was so nice and helpful in this office!

I booked my appointment online then the day of the appointment the cancelled because they were closed. When I rescheduled the appointment they did the same thing.

I was absolutely terrified to get these wisdom teeth out, but wow- the heathcare employees were absolutely phenomenal at easing my anxiety and taking good care of me (despite their overwhelming workload). Thanks!

I seen dr.mozart and dr.brandy They were amazing, I had a lot of work done but they were very patient and comforting to me. They were understanding and took breaks between fillings to give my mouth a break. Very compassionate people and I trust their work. They aren't just there to get the job done, they have goals for their patients and want the best outcome for us. Dr.Mozart has a careful work ethic,and dr.brandy is amazing with fillings she makes them look realistic and they blend well. Very friendly staff, they don't shame patients for what they lack,instead they help you and fix your smile!

Everything was great til covid. Now there's never a doctor, no one answers, their only opened 1 day a week so it's impossible to get scheduled. And if you don't schedule with the right person your appointment is gone. The front desk workers do the bare minimum they let me walk out the door without any help.

I had a cavity and they had to made the filling too big so then I had to get my filling re-done! Don't take your kids here, absolutely ridiculous. I feel like Ruby Dental is one giant cash grab or a screwup.

Stay away from this place ! Especially for braces ! I'd be here all day if I had to list all the reasons why you should avoid this place.

I wish I could give a lower score. Since the switch from Kool smiles it went down hill. They never have a dentist; I had appointments scheduled they called and canceled stating they didn't have a doctor and told me I should call back periodically to see if they get a dentist. Customer service is alright but could also be improved.

No post care instructions after I had my wisdom tooth removed. Had to call twice to get the dentist to take time out of her apparently busy day to call in a prescription for pain because it was unbelievable. Then they email me a form they forgot to have me sign. I emailed back and told them I would not be signing. The proceeded to call me twice and wake me up to ask what the deal was. Well here's the deal, I had no idea what to do after the tooth extraction. A proper office would at the very least give post care instructions, but no. I had to get mine from YouTube and from a friend. If only we could rate zero stars.

They say first look is free and then ask you to pay. Scammers at their finest. Not to mention they poked the hell out of my tooth because all the doctors there are rushing. And one was very obviously racist singing songs about different races to kids. Just an overall weird place

DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE! HORRIBLE!!! They don't even deserve a 1 star. I am truly starting to believe that these people purposely want bad reviews. It's crazy how rude and unprofessional the doctors are, especially the Orthodontist. I took my boys out of Ruby Dentals because of previous BAD experiences, but kept my daughter at Ruby Dentals because she had already started her braces process, (which has also been a mess). Well, today was my breaking point. The Ortho seemed like he woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning and took out his frustration on my daughter by being rude and arrogant. Of course, that's when I stepped in! I will never let this man touch her teeth again.

My son had an appointment this morning at 8 am I get there at 750 and wait by 820 noone had shown up to open the practice I tried calling and couldn't get no answer I wait until 830 and leave I call and nothing about 10 I finally get thru and told that they are only open on weds because of having no doctor but I spoke to someone in the office on Friday and confirmed my appointment wasn't told they was going to be closed I even got a text this morning confirming my appointment I've had many issues with this place in the past but this is by far the worst I had to take off work just to make the appointment for them not to be open and I'm not the only one there was several others waiting for their appointment who didn't know about the closing either! I changed dentist immediately after this!
