Dr. Rubinstein, or Dr. Marc as he's known at the office, attended the University of Florida and graduated with a B.S. in Telecommunications in 1992. In the fall of that year, he began his dental career at the West Virginia University School of Dentistry. After receiving his doctorate in dental surgery in 1996, he started a general practice residency at Miami Children's Hospital in Miami, Florida. When the residency was completed, Dr. Marc moved back to Maryland and joined his father's practice in Montgomery Village. In May of 2002, the transition was completed as he officially took over ownership of the practice and in February of 2008 it was relocated to the Shady Grove location. More recently in March 2018, the office was moved across the road to Research Blvd. Dr. Marc is very proud of the office and the technology he utilizes everyday in the treatment of his patients. His main outside interests is sports, more specifically golf and college football. Other interests include playing guitar and spending time with his wife and two sons. He is very involved with them in helping with their education and coaching their youth sports teams.

My family have been patients there for many years. Unfortunately the services we received lately were not satisfying for a variety of reasons. We switched dentists-getting much better care and support there.

Been going to this practice for more than 20 years. Always well treated and never a problem, whether it's a routine cleaning, a filling, whitening treatment, or a crown.

Cost are going up. I believe Dr. Rubinstein is a good dentist. What concerns me most is that he no longer accepts Delta insurance. I have Delta Dental which is like the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Dental Insurance. Anyway, I had my semi annual exam back in July 2018. It also included X-Ray but no other unusual services. I will have to pay $149 for that service where before it was covered 100 percent under my insurance. So my cost is $149 for a routine exam. Could you image if I require more extensive treatment the additional cost could run into the hundreds or thousands of dollars? I will have to find another dentist. Beware if your dental insurance is not accepted here.

I met Dr. Marc Rubinstein when I lived in Silver Spring more than five years ago, now I live in Arlington, VA and drive all the way to Rockville because I really appreciate several things about the service is provided at the center. First of all the ladies at the front desk are always helpful and make a huge effort to accommodate my needs to their schedule, they always smile, and I can see it now even through the masks they all wear. Working with Dr. Marc Rubinstein as a patient is also very rewarding, he not only takes the time to make sure that you understand what he suggests as part of your treatment, but also that you feel comfortable with it. His drawings are very helpful :) The results of his treatments have always exceeded my expectations and the technology that he has available at the center supports his high professional standards. I will keep coming to Dr. Marc Rubinstein's center not only because he takes good care of my dental health, but because he also cares about helping me keep a beautiful smile.

I was a patient of Dr Leonard Rubinstein for many years and transitioned to his son's practice, Dr Marc Rubinstein. I have been extremely pleased. Every procedure is pain free. Dr Marc is very kind and reassuring. His office is very well run and professional.

Dr. Rubinstein and the entire practice have been wonderful for the few years I have been a patient there. I usually don't have to wait long for an appointment and everyone is super friendly. I won't go anywhere else.

Today was my first vist to Dr. Rubinstein Dentistry, I was given a free consultation vist. It was the most professional encounter that I have ever experience that I have ever had with any Drs. office. After my exam was over I knew that he would be my Dr. the entire staff was so kind and polite.they made me feel very very at ease. my fear of Dentistry had Faded away. I have been a patient of Rubinstein Dentistry forever! Any procedures I have needed were carefully explained and any questions were patiently answered. The office staff is extremely efficient and very helpful with insurance questions. I highly recommend this practice!
