Worst bed-side manners from the hygienist to the dentist. Their scheduling system is flawed...booked four months out, one week prior received an email to confirm appointment, then less than 24-hrs they tell my appointment was not available and needed to reschedule.

Cohen was rather obviously either under the influence or suffering from emotional problems and Rubinchik was complicit in his colleague's unprofessional state. I made an appointment, came in, and was describing my problem to Cohen when he flew into a rage over my use of the word "feet" to describe what are technically called the "roots" of the tooth. He proceeded to condescend to me while shaking with rage and completely change the subject "let me try to explain something to you: you have more teeth on this side of your mouth than the other side. Can you understand that?!!" I told him his whole attitude was completely out of line. He was erratic and frightening. He proceeded to tell me that my appointment was now canceled and that he was going to call the police on me. I asked why and he said "because you don't listen!" as he angrily gestured in my face. I wouldn't bring my children or myself somewhere where insecure men call the police when they feel small because the lady won't let them abuse her.

Been coming here for last three years... cleanings and cosmetic work very consistent and well done. Dr. Rubinchik does a great job. Staff always friendly and helpful!

Been to 3 Dentist here in Milbrae but they were incomparable to Dr.Cohen,worth the drive.

Dr. Rubinchik and his staff are the BEST! I first went to them a year ago with an emergency tooth problem. Dr. Rubinchik not only took care of that tooth with a root canal and crown, but has since replaced two other crowns. His work is impeccable! He's fast, careful and knows exactly what he's doing. I feel so fortunate to have found him and his conscientious, helpful and friendly staff. And did I mention that his prices are the best in the area? Well they are! So top-level work and excellent prices. Again, I am so pleased to have found them!

I have been going to this office for many years. It is always very clean. The staff are very friendly and Dale Rubinchik is terrific. You can not go wrong if you pick this office,

Theres 2 things i hate the most and its sad but true you only call them when you need them and thats a Dentist and the Police. But today my fear of dental work is no more, i had 2 extractions today and it was the most painful but easiest process i have ever experienced. Dr.Rubinchik and his assistant did an amazing job with my extractions. He was beyond professional and remained calmed even when i was moving around nervous and not staying still. I highly recommend this Dental Clinic and the staff did an excellent job on keeping me updated with my appointment and paperwork. Great location if your coming from 101 or 280 its right off Woodside road in the heart of Redwood City. Thanks a million and i will be back soon!

I have been seeing Jay Cohen for at least 5 years. I know there is no such thing as "painless" dentistry but at Rubinchik Cohen it's as close as it gets. I have complete confidence in them and will continue to see them for anything I need. Update: nothing has changed, Rubinchik Cohen dental care is still the best without a doubt! My last visit was like all the others, no (or minimal) pain.The hygienist, Huong, is absolutely wonderful. Again very minimal pain with the teeth cleaning and she is so nice! Even though it is a bit of a drive for me I will continue to see Jay and company. I could not recommend a better dentist or dentist's office than Rubinchik and Cohen. I will continue to see them and anyone with dental questions or problems should see them as well. Update- 1/2020 Still the best! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Update- 2/2020 Had to go in for some cavity and teeth repair. While on the chair I heard laughter in the chair next to me! No such thing as painless dentistry but R&C comes as close as you can get.

We got sick in the pandemic, charged us cancel fee of 100.00 piece of work greedy, and rude.
