This place was great with my three year olds, was looking forward to coming in and being treated myself. I have a molar with an old filling that cracked and became infected. When I first came in everyone was so nice and empathetic with me, told me I would need antibiotics and eager to help me. They started explaining the whole root canal procedure to me, but I asked to just have the tooth pulled instead because I don't want to deal with the root canal failing in a few years. The mood and tone they took with me immediately changed. They sent back one of the ladies from the front desk and she told me they wouldn't be extracting my tooth because I have a curved root. Which is fine... so she takes me out of the room and back to the front, attempted to call a couple of places to get me referred but they were too far for me to travel to so I asked if there was anywhere closer. She told me I had to go find somewhere myself. So I sat in the parking lot for 40 minutes calling places to take me but no one would see me without a referral. I found a place very close to take me, went back inside and asked them to write me a referral and then the next day I had to drop the referral off to the oral surgeon. They wrote the wrong tooth on my referral form so it was completely useless, I had to drive back to this office again and ask them to correctly fill out my form. They pull up my file to get the correct tooth number and they also had another incorrect tooth number in my file. I needed tooth 19 to be written down. They wrote tooth 20 on my referral and they put tooth 18 in my file. So I had to wait to be seen by the doctor again so he could confirm that it was indeed tooth 19. So I've been driving around for 3 days trying to get this tooth dealt with and no help from this office. I went to another dentist for a second opinion and he pretty much told me they're treating me this way because I have hmo insurance. I'll be switching my insurance to ppo and not coming back here again.

This dentist has terrible service, and my wife and I had a horrible experience. The dentist started working on my wife's teeth and left her mid-operation with her unskilled assistant. In the end, they left cement on her gums and they wound up getting irritated and swollen. We scheduled another appointment to resolve this problem, and when we showed up they said her dentist had left for the day despite the appointment that we had made. Overall, it was a experience and we don't plan on going back.
