Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. RSD is great as soon as I walked in both the girls up front were very polite and answered all my insurance questions. Gem the manager also walked me through payment options and arrangement she was amazing. I was then taken to the back and the assistant Francisco was fantastic and very efficient, I also got to meet the other assistants Teresa and Aaron they would constantly check on me and see how I was doing or if I needed anything. Overall great office I do not dread coming to the dentist anymore because of RSD.

I've been with them for a year as a new patient recovering from the horrible dental work done at a different dentist, and I could not be happier with every part of their office. The staff is wonderfully friendly, the office is clean and up to date, and most importantly they care.

Dr. Zahra Hassantash and the amazing crew at RSD have forever improved my life. I am beyond pleased with the treatment I received and they truly feel like family! RSD has helped me, but is helping my entire family grow in confidence with our smiles looking as best as possible.
