Dr. Wadsworth attended the University of Florida for her undergraduate and graduate degrees. She obtained her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry in 1994, and she continues to refine her skills through memberships in several professional organizations, including the:

Dr. Wadsworth has been married to her husband Rusty (also a dentist) for 28 years, and they have two sons, John and Zach. She and the family live on Lake Weir, so they enjoy spending a lot of their free time on their pontoon boat.

Cheryl has been in the dental field for 26 years, 21 of which have been spent right here at RP Dental & Implants. She loves that her job involves meeting people, getting to know them, and helping them improve their lives on a daily basis. Cheryl was born in Massachusetts but mostly raised in North Carolina. She obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree with an emphasis in Marketing & Sales from UNC Greensboro in 1983. She then moved down to Florida in 1995. When she isnt at the dental office, she spends most of her free time with her parents in Leesburg, FL and trying to figure out her 3 little feral female cats. She has always had Labs and never had a cat in her life.

Ginger has spent her entire 19-year career here at RP Dental & Implants, and she credits her longevity to being able to work alongside a great team and doctors. She is originally from Macon, GA and has been married for an impressive 42 years. She and her husband primarily like to spend their weekends with their 2 grown children as well as their 4 grandchildren.

Michele has been a dental hygienist for 21 years so far, and youll realize how much she loves helping people from the moment you meet her. When shes not at the dental office, she is an avid reader (a favorite subject is horses), amateur photographer, and she loves spending time with family.

Renee joined our dental office in 2019, but she brings 21 years of experience to our team. She is truly grateful for the people she gets to work alongside every day, and her enthusiasm definitely contributes to the warm and welcoming atmosphere that our patients love. She started her career as a dental assistant and eventually obtained her hygiene degree in 2003. She married her high school sweetheart in 1999, and today, they have a son and daughter that keep them very busy.

Stephanie has 26 years of dental experience, and she says the most rewarding part of her job is helping patients feel more comfortable while our team gives them their smiles back. In addition to her basic dental training, she also has certifications in dental radiology and Expanded Functions. She is a proud dog mom, and when she isnt walking her 2 babies, she enjoys reading, gardening, and hanging out with friends and family.

Chris is a longtime member of our team, having been with RP Dental & Implants for over 14 years. She deeply enjoys helping patients get what they need as efficiently and comfortably as possible, and nothing makes her happier than changing the way someone feels about dentistry. Originally from Akron, OH, Chris likes to spend most weekends just hanging out with friends and family.

Genea has worked in the dental field for 24 years and has spent 20 years at our dental office. She enjoys forming special bonds with each one of our patients while constantly learning new things from them every day. She received her dental training in Ocala and has certifications in radiology, CT scans, and OSHA guidelines. On the weekends, she mostly likes to spend time with her husband and 3 girls, but she also enjoys volunteering for many different local organizations.

Shelly is from Chicago and has been working in the dental world for well two decades. She is an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant and truly loves helping patients feel comfortable in the treatment chair. Watching them smile again is always so rewarding! Away from work, she has 2 children (a daughter and a son) and 1 grandson. Her favorite hobbies include camping, biking, riding her motorcycle, teaching her dog new tricks, and spending time with loved ones.
