Very nice and fast service. Very knowledgeable and suggested things that can protect your teeth. Does not ask you to do anything extra if your don't need it. Very satisfied. My daughter is been going to her for few years and she's been happy. I would definitely recommend her. The receptionist is very accommodating as well.

I have been a patient of Dr. Royzman for about 8 years and was not happy with her recent treatment. I made an appointment with Dr. Royzman for jaw pain and they cancelled my appointment last minute because of office renovation. After my appointment was rescheduled I went to see the Doctor Royzman checked the situation out and put me on specific medication for 10 days and we rescheduled and appointment to see her after the 10 day coarse for another look at the issue. However on the day of my appointment for the check up after a coarse of medication they once again cancelled my appointment. I was told the Dr. wasn't feeling good and then the next day she was going on vacation and didn't have time to meet with me. I called and expressed my displeasure with the office because I was taking a course medicine for a problem and they were neglecting the follow up appointment. They said the doctor now couldn't see me for 3 week until her return. I was not happy with this but I waited. Once the Dr. returned the office had the audacity to call and cancel my appointment 2 more time putting other patience ahead of me. Meanwhile I am still suffering from this condition. So fed up I walked into the office and had a word with the receptionist as to why they keep cancelling m appointment last minute. Rudely I was told sorry but come back in few more days. Then I left and when I finally arrived for my follow appointment a month later I was abruptly told to go see another Doctor who was out of network who was also on vacation for a month. Complete circle jerk routine by a very unprofessional Doctor in my opinion. Since the incident I have not heard back from her office for my annual cleaning nor would I even go to this clueless Dr who puts her needs before her patience.

Very bad service, rube people, they don't treat patients well and even doctors not respecting appointments. I had an appointment before this time on July 12, 2022 and I was suffering from severe pain in my wisdom teeth and gum disease, but they changed my appointment to July 25, 2022 and I kept in pain for the whole time. When I came to the clinic, Dr. Zitta cleaned my teeth, but she was very fast and didn't clean all my teeth. Today August 04, 2022 I was supposed to have an appointment at 3 pm, but they called me late and told me that the doctor was absent. Unfortunately I didn't hear the message and went to the clinic in that heat and fatigue, but I came back disappointed and sad. I told the receptionist that I would change the clinic :-( :-( :-(

The best experience for my extraction dr Daniel Royzman, hands down pain free gentle hands. Doctor is very nice and understanding. I even brought my mom here for her cosmetic work implant and bridge the outcome has best a great experience

I have a dreadful anxiety when it comes to visiting the dentist but Dr. Konrad is very direct with procedures and very good at his work. Lana the receptionist is very welcoming to patients and helpful. Anna the assistant reassure me about my anxiety with the dentist and even help me to stay calm through procedures.
