DO NOT COME HERE; SCAMMERS First off the fact their last review was over two years ago makes this business highly suspect. I went here for a regular teeth cleaning and immediately after xrays they said I needed deep cleaning which my insurance does not cover. Since I did not want this far more expensive procedure they went ahead and cancelled the hygienist for the work that was to be done. However they made me pay for a cancellation fee of the hygienist which they themselves cancelled; not me. My friend went to this dentist and also the exact thing was done to him. However a few days later we went to a different but reputable dentist who said deep cleaning was not warranted at that time but even if it was needed they could still perform the regular clean with a note indicating deep cleaning was necessary soon. This was your quintessential bait and switch; Sheila Salvador would not let me leave unless a cancellation fee was paid even though it was them who cancelled the procedure I came in for. The fact that I would have gladly come back for a deep cleaning in the future had I not been treated so dishonestly and unprofessional makes it very laughable.

I went to this office for this first time for a regular teeth cleaning. But they refused to give me that service and said I needed a deep cleaning at $180 x3 visits. ($540.00 total). I told them to just do a regular cleaning, but they refused that service and said it's a deep cleaning or nothing. And if I leave I had to pay a $25 cancellation fee. The Dentist also said I had a cavity that needed to be filled, that he had to replace an existing cavity, that I had the start of gingivitis and I needed my teeth whitened. He actually put a camera in my mouth and showed it in up close detail on a tv. This is such a carnival trick which if you magnetize everything 50X of course everything looks worse. I left and went to another reputable dentist office and of course I did not need a deep cleaning nor had a cavity etc. Be aware and stay away unless you want to pay for services that you don't need.

Called a few minutes before close on Friday for some information, and the lady on the other end hung up on my face. Not sure what their problem is.

Very friendly staff and doctors. They accept most insurance. Have been coming here for years.

This office is full of amazing staff and the doctors are just hands down amazing. I'm not sure why they would have bad reviews. I had such a great experience here. Thank you so much!

Doctor was extremely late, waited for an hour for the doctor who took his sweet time. While waiting I noticed how old, and rusty the equipment is. The staff are neglectful, and overall this dentistry is terrible. Would not recommend to anyone.

Gypsy Red, Cory Ramirez, and Google user. Even though I read your reviews, I decided to give them a chance because of 2 recommendations from friends. BIG MISTAKE!!!!! They are still overcharging, they are still performing bad work, and collecting more than required by insurance. Had a 2 crowns done (took 6 weeks+) and the temporary crowns kept on falling off, minutes after replacing. They even stated that I must be doing something wrong (biting down on it or eating on that side). Funny because on 2 occasions the temp fell within 10 minutes from leaving office. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE, EVER!!!!!! My NEW dentist just replaced another crown and it only took 2 weeks and a day and I accidentally bit down and chipped the temp crown on the 14th day, but it stayed in. .

The office is very clean and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The hygenist Margarita has candles and peaceful music playing in her room so that it almost feels like a spa. Dr. Bretos used a camera to show me my cavities. He also showed me videos and models to explain different treatment options before I consulted with the front desk staff about payment options and insurance. Most insurances don't cover much but the staff does help you maximize your benefits and treat small problems before they become bigger, more expensive ones. After my last visit I still had some pain and called the office, they quickly sent a pain medication to my pharmacy and took care of my problem immediately. The practice also has several locations across South Florida which makes it easy for my whole family to see this dentist.

I was in pain and living with loose crowns. When I finally went to my new dentist (which is AMAZING), they were shocked at what this office had done. I ended up losing teeth and paying 3 times what the original work should have been. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM! Stay away.
