The front office is friendly and excels in understanding your insurance questions and co-pays. Our trained assistants create the dental setting for the doctor and hygienists to achieve great patient results. The doctors are friendly and expertly trained. They are good listeners who enjoy developing long term relationships.
From Beaumont Hospital and General Motors to Quicken Loans and the State of Michigan MiChild program we see ourselves as part of this vibrant community, full of growth and potential. Our patients want excellent dental care for themselves and their families with a convenient location and family/work friendly office hours. With that in mind we provide individualized treatment plans and are open two evenings a week plus two Saturdays a month for your convenience.
Our practice philosophy is simple: To provide a setting in which our patients receive the highest quality dental care. To that end we are a family oriented office that provides a full range of dental procedures. This review is based on my experience from years ago. I'll keep it as concise as possible. I was told my insurance covers all of my care. I scheduled a normal cleaning. During my first visit, she(dentist) took X-ray. She told me that based on the X-ray, she'll need to fill cavities that are inside my teeth(not visible from outside. I'd never heard such a thing, so I trusted her. Though, I hadn't had a cavity in over 15 years and was surprised that I did. The next hour or so was extremely uncomfortable as she drilled into multiple teeth. After the numbness wore off and I could feel my face, excruciating jolts of pain hit my teeth every 15-45 seconds. I called the office and told them that I need care immediately and was told that they had no openings until Thursday. It was Tuesday when I called. They also said that there's not really anything they can do and that the pain will subside. It did subside after about 36 hours. It was a nightmare. About 3 weeks later, the first filling popped out of my tooth while eating pasta. Another came out about 4 months later. I believe one more filling is still in there. I currently have one large hole in my wisdom tooth and another small hole where she had filled. To top it off, they misled me regarding my insurance and I ended up paying $600 cash to cover the remainder. One of the worst experiences of my life.

Front desk said we take all insurance yet I stated the one that I had and she said no we don't take that, please do your research & provide customer service with honesty. Absolutely ridiculous front desk never are trained properly!

I've been a patient for ~8 years with a substantial ongoing treatment plan with this practice and they are always professional and understanding and accommodating - the whole staff - reception, hygienists, assistants, dentists, periodontist. I'd recommend this practice to anyone.

I have been going to RO Family Dentistry for almost 5 years and have had nothing but good experiences here. I had previously had not so great dentists but after a few visits Dr. Bader and Sivana taught me so much about dental hygiene and got my teeth "back on track." I have moved about 40 minutes away and still come back here. The staff at the welcome desk greet me by name as I walk through the door, and always say my difficult-to-pronounce name correctly. This truly feels like a Family Dentist office. Extremely Highly recommended!
