Royal Oak Dental Group grew from a friendship of several US Air Force officers in England and their desire to form a partnership after their time serving together in the military. They acknowledged that one of the greatest benefits of being a dentist in the Air Force was working with colleagues with whom they could collaborate. They were soon joined by two other veterans and all of them relocated to the Triangle area of North Carolina drawn here because of the family-friendly and faith-based culture. Friendly staff, clean atmosphere, always on schedule and extremely accommodating. I have been a patient here for over 20 years and have nothing but great things to say about this place! I recommend Royal Oak to all of my family and friends.

Got an extraction, they said it would feel better, but it feels 100x worse than before. I called twice to see if they could help with the pain but was told to take Tylenol (which i have already been taking Tylenol every 4-6 hours on the hour!!! Also ibuprofen). Wish they could do something about this, especially since i asked if I would be in pain before procedure and they said "no." It hurts 10x worse than before the extract. I guess they don't care about pain, so be careful when you're told this!!!!!! Worst pain ever!!!! Throbing and can't sleep due to the pain. So be prepared to be lied to!!! I wish I had no one cared & known this before hand.

A perfect experience from start to finish! From the day I called to schedule my first appointment all the way to leaving my first appointment my experience was wonderful with Royal Oak. The front desk answers on the FIRST ring:) They fit me into their schedule quickly. My hygienist was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Dr.Jones was also very friendly and made me feel very comfortable in the dental chair. I trust all of his recommendations for my treatment. The office is clean and organized, with beautiful decorations in the lobby. The entire office has a welcoming feel. I am happy to say I have found my new dental home. Thank you Royal Oak for a 5 star experience.

Royal Oak staff is the best! I've been going to them for my dental care for a long time and I'm never disappointed. Friendly check in staff, all services clearly outlined, no surprise fees/charges at time of payment. Dr. Jones is such a genuine person and I really get the feeling that he and his staff truly care about the people who come through their doors. I've never felt more comfortable and relaxed at a Dentist.

Today was my first appointment at Royal Oak Dental. I hadn't been to the dentist for a few years and was very nervous. But everyone was so nice and I was very comfortable and not hesitant during my initial exam and cleaning.

I would like to thank the group at Royal Oaks Dental Group of Siler City for making exceptions to my crazy and ever changing schedule. I was not able to attend my regularly scheduled appointment for my 6 month hygienist service but they were so understanding and willing to fit me in at a time only one week later.
