Royal Oak Dental Group grew from a friendship of several US Air Force officers in England and their desire to form a partnership after their time serving together in the military. They acknowledged that one of the greatest benefits of being a dentist in the Air Force was working with colleagues with whom they could collaborate. They were soon joined by two other veterans and all of them relocated to the Triangle area of North Carolina drawn here because of the family-friendly and faith-based culture. Even though I received bad news regarding a "dead" tooth with two options, neither which were exciting or inexpensive, Dr. Smith gave a detailed explanation of the cause and available procedures.

After an inexplicable erosion of my enamel, Dr. Smith and his capable team diagnosed and treated this devastating condition back to healthy teeth and a lovely smile. Dr Andari was great. She and the assistant were patient and caring about my comfort and anxiety level. i had tooth extraction and have had minimal pain. Provided great after care instructions as well.

The front desk staff team along with the hygienist Laurie? and Dr. Smith are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We have never had any billing problems. My biggest compliant is the amount of reminders and more recently having to confirm my appointment three times. Overall we have had a great experience.

Another excellent experience with Dr Smith and his team. Needed an extraction for a tooth that could not be saved. Have experienced minimal pain and swelling during first 24 hours after procedure with Tylenol only. Team explained proper care and suggested foods especially for initial 1-3 days. Great job! Thank you.

Dr. Smith and Kayla did a great job with my implant. Kayla explained what was happening every step of the way. Dr. Smith answered all my questions and thoroughly explained the procedure, including "show and tell" before he started, which put me at ease and gave me more confidence in the process. In addition, he was excellent at administering novacaine, and I therefore experienced very little discomfort and no pain. Highly recommended!
