My 2 kids had a great-first experience at Royal Dentistry . The staff was professional , polite and kind. I finally found a great dentist that I was looking for. I definitely recommend this dentist.

My fear is coming to the dentist but when I come here they make me feel comfortable and not afraid to get my teeth examined. All the staff is wonderful and patient All the staff is wonderful and patient. And the doctor is amazing

I've been a patient at this location for decades, and hadn't been back for several years, and never met the new staff, let alone the Dentist. I'm pleased to say the quality of care is at the highest level, along with updated equipment. A fabulous combination that puts the mind at ease, knowing that I can trust them for my dental care for the decades ahead!

Best dentist, best hygienist and great front desk staff. Been going here about 6 years and it had always been pleasant and they've really grown to extended family w thee care they show and give me. Office recently remodeled and everything is TOP NOTCH.

If this is the best dentist around, I need to move! There has been steady decline in service since this practice took over from the previous dentists. I have never experienced a dentist that is this rough in the mouth until now. He literally has grabbed my jaw and pushed my mouth around because he did not like the way I would bite down. I am NOT a child and have opened my closed my mouth for decades and do not need him pushing my mouth around (no other dentist has ever done that that aggressively) because he does not like OR can explain how he wants me to close! Not to mention several times "slipping" with tools and feeling it throughout the rest of my mouth. I chipped a crown and needed a replacement. When trying to numb me, I experienced the ONLY electric shock I have ever had where I actually jumped. He blamed it on me for allegedly moving. I've gotten numbing shots for 40 years and never EVER had a problem, but judging by some of the others negative reviews, I see he has blamed others for their issues. When I went back to have the crown put in, it didn't fit because the Dr and assistant both told me separately that he did not communicate to the staff that the mold that was taken needed an "adjustment" to accommodate my bite. Therefore, he had to play with and scrape the tooth much longer than expected in order to make to fit, which made it made more painful & sensitive afterwards. I was told it would be sensitive for "couple days". More like 3 weeks and still have periodic sensitivity 3 months later. The Dr and staff often yell back and forth between rooms regarding patients. This is extremely unprofessional, not to mention very annoying when someone is working in your mouth and yelling to someone else in other room. That also tells me that the focus and concentration is NOT 100% on the task (my mouth). Lastly, doctor is very difficult to understand. I have lived in Dearborn for nearly 50 years and am very familiar with middle eastern accents (before anyone makes an unfounded accusation), but I often had to have someone explain what he was trying to say. Doesn't discredit his qualifications, but communication in any medical field is critical. On the bright side, hygienist Emily and the front desk staff are good.
