Everything is getting worse, it's not the same with the new staff, Back then the workers actually cared about their business and patients and actually talked to the patients to get them to relax and now they ignore you and it's basically like another paycheck to them. I'm probably just going to move on with this dental place, and it hurts to do that because I've been a long time loyal customer. I'm sorry and hopefully this place gets better in the future.

I just want to say this is my 1st time here and I absolutely love it already. The staff is very friendly and professional and super kind. That means so much to me. My daughter is finally going to get the treatment she needs and we are so thankful. Office is clean and staff is patient. Don't know how busy this place gets but we waited maybe 5 min before seeing the dentist. This is our new dentist.

Very unprofessional!! The staff speak of other patients treatment around other patients undergoing treatment! There are no HIPAA laws in place, and there are sanitation violations. After COVID we should know better.

I highly recommend Royal Dental Sugar Land. The staff Nikki, Shamika, and Esther are always helpful and friendly. Everyone there is friendly. Dr. Mughni is fantastic!

Very unhappy with this dental company. Spent 4 grand, and still having pain. Told the dentist and the assistant multiple times, I was in pain during the procedure. The dentist keep working and just ignored what I said to the both of them. I will never go back to royal dental. An hour of excruciating pain during my dental procedure. There all about the money. They could care less about your dental issues.
