Dr. Shoffet took amazing care of of me and my teeth. She is the most passionate dentist there is. I had a cleaning and a cavity fixed. Now I feel confident to smile again. Dr. Shoffet is so knowledgeable, caring, and skilled. Highly recommend, I had a wonderful experience.

Dr shoffet is absolutely amazing! Took my daughter there for her first dental checkup. Dr shoffet was patient and passionate. She was interacting with my daughter the whole time and next thing you know, the checkup was done without any crying or screaming! Thank you!

Very pleased to say my family gets excellent services from the receptionist to the Dr. We cannot ask for anything better. Dr. Shoffet is very professional, caring and kind. Kristina at the front desk is very friendly and accommodative. Happy Holidays and Happy new year to dear Doctors and Krstina.

I cannot thank Dr. Shoffett enough for coming to my home to take X-rays and do an initial exam. I have been pretty much home bound since July 2007. My initial phone contact with Christine was exceptional. She was helpful and understanding as we set up my home visit and with follow-up questions. When Dr. Shoffett arrived with her Assistant Jacob, I found her warm and friendly. Her patience, care, and concern for my welfare impressed me. There are so many elderly that need to be taken care of In their homes that cannot get out. I am so grateful, Dr. Shoffett discovered a calling to help those seniors and housebound patients. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I'd like to start off by saying Royal Dental Practice welcomed me in with open arms, they treated me as family I loved the atmosphere of the office. Dr. Roya, Jacob, and Christina were all lovely I loved the energy they brought to the office setting, they made me feel right at home. I would highly recommend Royal Dental Practice to anyone in need of dental work.

Royal dental is my #1 place to go for a dentist. My wife and I found this place and it's been great service from day 1. I recently had my wisdom teeth extracted with them and it went amazing! I was nervous for my extraction but Dr. Shoffet made me feel comfortable and pain free. Christina, at the front desk, does a great job too. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a family dentist!

Dr. Roya is the kindest dentist you'll meet. She is very understanding and patient. Her staff is amazing, They always check in with you to see how you're doing or just to say Hi! I took my 4 year old Daughter(shes the sweetheart in the video down below with the pink llama -Alyse) She had her first cavities and her first filling was with Dr. Royal. She did amazing, She didnt cry and she let Dr. Royal do her teeth. She told me that she likes the dentist. Even getting her numb was easy, even though she was nervous she did just fine. So i recommend Dr. Roya to everybody ! Adults. Children. Dr. Roya is there for you. Don't take it from me, Just ask my lil Munchkin Alyse

Went in to Dr. Shoffet's office for an oral examination for an infected tooth and all I got was run around when I needed a root canal/extraction that she was not qualified to do it and I needed an endodontist. All she was ever talking about before even doing any work was getting paid and doing work I really didn't need at the moment.....that should have been my first clue to run from this shady cold greedy quack. When asked her for a proper referral for a doctor I found that actually accepted my insurance she grudgingly wrote a referral to her OWN network instead which didn't even have an endodontist in her network that accepted my insurance!!! So I didn't understand her stance. Then when I get a call from a DIFFERENT network that said they were referred to me through her OWN office I couldn't even use her referral because it didn't state them on referral. I spent WEEKS just asking her to let me know which network to use and write the proper referral to get my ailing tooth done before it becomes completely infected if not treated in time, which is dangerous and could kill you and go to your brain or cause heart attacks!!!! When I finally was able to actually get through to her on her phone after multiple calls and emails she ignored, she became rude yelling at me and basically told me she wasn't going to help and hung up on me!!! All she cares about is getting money out of the system and you. Do yourself a favor and do not use her for anything!!! If I could give this greedy uncaring doctor a ZERO I would have!!! Good riddance!!!!
