After 4 months of treatment... I thought I was in a good place but not anymore. The orthodontist is rude .. So im going to fire him from my treatment and just go to a new dentist office. He made a rude comment and I thought it was very wrong! My bracket fell off the second time. When he saw that..(in for my adjustments .. he made that comment. It was only bc the assistant didn't know what shes doing. So the orthodontist said looks like we will have a lot of trouble with you Ok you know what. I'm done with this royal dental. I'm going to fire Dr boshart. Horrible!!!!!@

Listen to the reviews you've been warned ...The doctor is trash. I went over a year ago when I was pregnant. Did everything right on my behalf went in for my appointment waited 3 hours, which was horrible for me. Just to get back and the technician kept messing up on my X-rays which didn't bother me much she was really sweet but she seemed terrified of the doctor. She kept making mistakes and did them over and over again and asked for help from another technician until she got them taken properly. That's super sad if you're scared of a higher up(doctor). The whole place seems shady and really miserable to work at. I don't understand how they're still open with all the bad reviews you see on here. The doctor told me it was worthless having braces when I was younger since I didn't upkeep which I understand is my fault but don't make me feel worse I already struggle with my mental health horribly. And then the fact after I waited 3 hours to be seen which happened to be 15 minutes from closing time and the technician was telling the doctor she had 4 other procedures (cleanings, and etc.) and she was rude and said I'm not doing that. Once it hits time for me to clock out I'm leaving! No wonder the staff is afraid of her. She must be doing the job for the money because she's rude and doesn't obviously care about the profession or have a passion for it. I refuse to go back I don't care if I have to drive 1 hour to see someone else who takes my plan. Also after my exam thinking I was going to have a cleaning they told me to wait again in the waiting room just for me have to go ask if they needed anything else from me and they said no I could have left already. HATE THIS PLACE! Also I'm terrified of dentist and the experience just made it worse for me.

BAD BUSINESS!!!! They owe me over $600 Don't waste your time or money they charged me for a service that was not done ..Now it's a hassle to get my refund IVE BEEN TRYING FOR LONGER THAN 6 MONTHS! the lady at the front desk had a attitude and hung up on me ..and said she couldn't provide me w a number for cooperate MANAGER NICKI IS NEVER IN THE OFFICE AND THEY NEVER KNOW WHEN SHE WILL BE

Used to go here as a child and decided to try them out again. I went to get a second opinion from my original dentist and they end up lying to me telling me that I had a lot of cavities but never told me how many I had. Went to get a third opinion for someone else and they said the same thing my original dentist told me that don't have a lot of cavities. I will never come here again and whoever did the consultation treatment with me I do not appreciate you talking to me like I'm a child. I wish I could give this review zero stars.

Gave large down payment. All teeth had been removed. Need upper denture top and bottom partial denture on bottom. He'd to finance$2600.00 and give $1000.00 down. That was 3/17/2021. Still paying finance bills. They broke 2 front teeth of at the gum line. Went to another location. Took 4 hours to pulled front teeth. Way given nitrous gas and lidocaine. To much lidocaine caused me to have a seizer. 5 people held me down. Begged for ambulance. But the said I was fine. Drove myself home only to decoder that a partial toot is still left in my gums. I gave no dentures and, they preferred me to never come back. I choose Royal Dental was on my dental Hmo. So I'm stuck with no dentures and still paying for a completed set of dentures. They ask me to not return. And the office manager refused to sigh refund form

Every time I have an appointment at 9am the orthodontist is never here nor or time. Also, there's always a person that says I have a balance due and I show receipts that I do not but then I'm told to wait for someone else to come in and verify. They overfill the schedule week after week, month after month & you won't know until you've signed in. I've had braces for over 4 years now and thet never seem to know when they're coming off. ROYAL DENTAL: STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I went here for services many months ago and felt very welcomed at first, I got a loan with sunbit but decided I couldn't afford to pay the given monthly amount so I asked to cancel. I filled out the proper forms to cancel and I NEVER received dental services from this place but they refuse to cancel my loan because they already got paid. I am now in debt and owe a loan company for services I never got. Would give no stars if possible I'm a mother of 4 and their taking my electric and food money for my babies. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, I have been avoided like a plagea while being robbed for months. Go somewhere else plus the place doesn't look very clean.

I had a HORRIBLE experience here. They WILL LIE ever since they have a new female dentist. I guess they are short staffed and low on funds. They make you wait an extended amount of time. They told me I needed a "deep cleaning" that cost me $130. To find out later it was only a regular cleaning and they just up-charged me. I have the email attached below to prove it. After, i found out all of this work that they will do to me will cost over $600. I went to get a second opinion and they told me I have absolutely no cavities whatsoever. I called royal back and they said, "everyone gets second opinions that's what your supposed to do to make sure you have cavities." They are a complete joke. They will lie to get their $$$!!

Nice staff, but are slow with everything. Taking the x-rays & setting up for my next appointment. I've been here for almost 2 hours just to do a routine checkup. I can understand being a new client, but there was barely anyone here when i came in. Then to set up my appointment, I'm back to waiting in the lobby for another 30 minutes to be set up for another appointment.

When I say NEVER COME HERE....NEVERRRRR COME HERE! I sat 4 hrs, just for the dentist to laugh at the wait and tell me I would have go to the ER cause they're closing. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else. They will take your X-ray to charge you then make you wait. There is only one dr and no assistance.

This place has no idea of what is Customer service is. I was charged before work was performed. I called several times and come to their office just to be given excuses. This place operates scams.All they have to do is cancel the contract with the credit card and that's all. I'm owed 458.60 and Not able to get refunded. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!! They have not heard the last of this!!.I will go on all social media and News networks for my money!
