They have a horrible office manager and management overall. they are too busy to answer call and follow up. been to their office three times for X-ray and exam and cleaning and did not get a single call to follow up or inform me about the result of my x-ray.

I have been a loyal customer for 15 years and I refuse to go anywhere else. I've had terrible experiences at other dentist and am pretty much traumatized on how some dentist can misdiagnose and do terrible jobs. No matter which dentist come and go throughout the years, they've always been honest, patient and thorough. The hygienist does an AMAZING job on cleaning my teeth and everyone is nice and friendly. I plan on spending the rest of my life with this dentist office because it's the only one that I trust. Because of my terrible experiences else where, I am very careful who I deal with. I will strongly and highly recommend this dental office. The team here is nothing short of AMAZING!!!

Poor customer experience. My mother was charged for services not performed. The manager, Doris is unresponsive. I highly recommend you find another dentist. We will be moving forward with legal action.

I have have to tell you not to go here unless you are completely knocked out. They did not properly numb me and still continued to inject me. I have had dental done years ago and never received the amount of pain that I received here. I was screaming my head off. Then, instead of paying for the procedure in installments as informed, I was charged for the whole thing and was then the bill had an additional charge of 2300!! This was abuse. I could hear another women screaming as I left. No one apologized and kept sideways talking to me about what happened. Oh not to mention the 4hour wait with an appointment at the first visit. 3 hours the next visit. Absolute nightmare, I'd rather have the broken teeth. So again, unless you want to be treated like a cow while awake and have your pocket book drained, DON'T GO HERE!! Oh, the only decent person was Sandra. Update, I went back to complain 3 or 4 days later. I was NOT able to get in the chair, but needed to check, so I did an x-ray in good faith, and I sat in the front waiting area, I just bare sitting in that chair or have him touch me.They said everything was healing fine. However, large fragments of tooth just came pushing out of the socket over the 4day weekend. 9/27 I also suffered dry socket 3days after in the same extracted socket, now I know why it hurt so badly. They would not give any pain medicine other than OTC after all this pain I suffered. I've been so traumatized by all of this. I'm going for a second opinion finally tomorrow by another out of pocket clinic. So very disturbing and now I'm going to speak to a malpractice attorney afterwards my appointment tomorrow. Be aware!!

My daughter went in for a deep cleaning on 9/27/22, she informed me when she went to the back, the staff was cursing and my 13 year daughter even said it was very unprofessional and the lady who cleaned her teeth, even cut her gums, her very first appointment tools almost 2 1/2 hours. It's always a long wait, even if you have an appointment. I will never bring my family here again, horrible service, unprofessional and to long of a wait...

Great dental experience and glad I had crowns installed. Many thanks to Dr. Jak, her Asst Ava and dental hygienist Ms Tery. Ms Anna at front desk did a great job of getting me in & getting the crown installation done. Great staff.

Not hygienic at all. Rusted equipment, employees touching equipment with same papertowels used to wipe guest's excess spit. No protective covering on equipment you know the kind that should be change between guests. The x-ray machine had rust on it. The dental chair I sat in was wobbly and the screws bolting it to the ground were rusted out. Surfaces around doorknobs were yellowed from years of people touching and never being cleaned, just gross. Left before getting any work done. Don't care how good or cheap you are if I'm afraid my dentist office is going to give me tetanus it's not worth it.

I can honestly say that sometimes they do over book clients. But that doesn't take away from service you do receive when your back there. I've had wisdom teeth pulled by a doctor with so much character I didn't even know he was done. They have filled small cavities as well. The hygienist is sweet and does a really good job. Now if we could just get the owner to put some of that money he makes into updating the place and fixing the lobby toilet things would be better. Thanks Royal Dental!

You'll regret even making a appointment. Do yourself a favor and find another dentistry. Ha seriously..corporate and all the employees including Sandra are all a joke. Can't do a simple job all these ladies do is gossip and sit on the clock.

Prompt service . Service was more than Dental cleaning to me. I got every area of my mouth checked out , including under my jaws . Excellent service . Courteous staff . I even received a text message day after checking on my welfare!

I had a great experience today, tony reassured me that I was in good hands and made me feel taken cared of. She was so sweet and kind and just made my day. I was in pain and she was able to put a smile on my face. I was in and out in a timely manner.

I called to make a new patient appointment for a check up and cleaning. I was told X-rays and an exam is required before treatments could be rendered. I was also told a separate appointment is required for treatments -this is new to me because any other dentist office I've been to would do it all in one go (X-rays, exams, and cleaning in one visit). Since I have new insurance and this place is in network, I was ok with it. I was given a 10:30 am for the following week. I came in 5 minutes early and was not greeted or given paperwork; I was not taken back until over an hour later. The X-ray technician, Tony, was the best part of the visit! She was kind, and attentive. After seeing Tony for X-rays, I had to wait yet again for the doctor -it is around 11:40 at this time. I saw the doctor for less than 5 minutes I was brought to the waiting area around 12 noon to again wait for my treatment plan, and to make my next appointment. I did not leave the office until well after 12:30. I use to work in healthcare, so I understand wait time. But, this wait was ridiculous for the service I received, AND the thought of waiting over 2 hours next time for a basic cleaning is very discouraging to my return. This place does not run efficiently, and I am disappointment in the amount of time wasted for such a simple visit.

Have been coming here for as long as I can remember, I'm 28, the entire staff is always so welcoming and professional. I live an hour away now and I've stayed loyal because I love the quality of the dental experience provided here

Last December I got COVID by the time of my appointment. I called Royal Dental to reschedule my appointment. Obviously, I did not know I would be able to know the date I would be recovered. After 2 months and being at the hospital many times, I called them back like 2 weeks ago. The representative told me they have spots available until today, however, since I'm under medications, I missed my appointment. I called them to see if I could schedule something next week but they are booked and, of course, I understand that. The lady told me by the end of the month but I will have a surgery. I heard when she asked someone else. She came back to me and told me, "call us whenever you feel better"...What? What kind of customer service is this? Please. The office should do something to help me since I'm paying them more that 1k and I have been unable to attend those appointments. Unfraternally, bc of my insurance, I have no choice, just Royal Dental. I hope next time they have more compassion to their customers.
