Hello wanted to share the best experience I had today with Dr.Holmes hygienist Racheal She is very professional and understands what a patient needs thank you for doing s graet service on my regular cleaning today! Thank you Dr.Holmes for always taking care and working with me and my family on our dental needs.Thank you for the great staff Dr.Holmes has in her office there always there to help with any questions.

Royal Dental is a PREMIER Dental office! The level of excellent care, preventative maintenance information and personal attention that I get every visit is SUPREME! Negligent and incompetent dentist who does not take the time to do thorough checkups that could identify potentially serious problems. The only saving grace is the dental assistants who understand the importance of providing a service that impacts not only people's health but their lives.

Horrible. Went for cleaning 30 days ago was told I needed 4 fillings and a bridge. Got quoted, set an appointment. I came in and they did another cleaning and told me I was done. I was confused and told them what I thought I was there for and one of them just brushed it off and asked if they could take me up front. Another person just gave me attitude. No professionalism whatsoever. The lady who cleaned my teeth asked me where I worked and when I told her she proceeded to complain about where I worked the entire time while I couldn't say anything back. It felt as if it were on purpose. Managers wouldn't even talk to me.

Royal Dental Group is the best Dental office in Gainesville. I drive from Atlanta to Gainesville just for my 6 months check up. It is worth the drive. Thank you Dr Holmes

Very unprofessional, Nasty place and they don't know how to do their jobs. Always something wrong and they can't seem to fix anything, they don't even know what they are doing. Also take forever to assist you. If I could I would give it a negative rating. Sucks I can't .

I was told I have 2 cavities at my last visit 6 months ago and at my visit today at Aspen dental I have no cavities. Interesting!!

From the moment we walked in with a trauma situation, on our 9 year old, we were made to feel unwelcome. We were an emergency referral from our primary dentist and I understand that we came in unscheduled on a busy day but the attitude we had to endure was UNNECESSARY. The front desk staff and particularly the dentist are EXTREMELY unprofessional. Pathetic treatment of worried parents and traumatized little girl.

The best office I've ever been to in dental care hands down! No long waits,excellent staff,and excellent dental knowledge to help maintain your teeth when you're at home.I drive 3 hours to go there, and will continue to do so because they're worth it!
