Please don't wast your time on coming to this place new staff all the time they don't know what they are doing or talking about. Front desk is horrible they don't even a knowledge you. Manager is very unprofessional.That clinic is just there for a check don't know how to bill the insurance correctly they will give you round around about it and never figure out what's happening.The clinic is so dirty you will expect since it's a dental clinic to be hygiene. Keep away!!!!!!!!

The doctors are great but the staff in the front always take awhile to pick up/will leave you on hold. Have to call back several times before I can get ahold of someone.

Horrible. They were horrible 10 years ago when I went and they are still horrible. No customer service skills on the phone or in person. Dentistry Review: Office is dated. All machines are beyond their life line. Majority of the time it's a issue with capturing x-rays. Appointments are not kept as scheduled. Go anywhere but here.

Royal Dental is so very rude and extremely unprofessional. It took me nearly two months for an appointment and on the day of my appointment they cancelled. The representative Baily was nasty rude, the line disconnected mid conversation AND she never called back. I waited on hold 17 minutes for them to pick up. I called back and instead of picking up where we left off, she expected me to wait another 17 minutes stating she had other customers!!!!! Jasmin the next rep was customer service was ONLY slightly better! 12960 East Fry location.

These people are terrible. My wife is 8 months pregnant and works over night. Today she had an 11am appointment after an appointment with her midwife. She arrived and signed in at 10:45 per their request. They then kept her in the waiting room for an hour and 15 minutes after a full nights work, totally exhausted, just to tell her "She didn't arrive on time for her appointment." Don't go to Royal Dental if you value your time or expect respect from the people who are paid to serve you. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

BAD BUSINESS!!!!Don't waste your time or money they charged me for a service that was not done ..Now it's a hassle to get my refund IVE BEEN TRYING FOR LONGER THAN 6 MONTHS! the lady at the front desk had a attitude and hung up on me ..and said she couldn't provide me w a number for cooperate

I had four extractions at this location. I specifically pointed at a discolored tooth & asked "it's this tooth that's discolored & the one in front of it being pulled correct?" they said yes. & after my teeth are out they pulled the two in front of the discolored one. after having four teeth pulled i was given NO pain medication. ended up having to go to the ER for the pain & explained what happened & what they said at this dentist office. the 3 nurses & dr all agreed that it was absolutely insane that they refused to give me anything for the pain. One extraction was harder then the rest & apparently they had to put stitches in my mouth (NOBODY told me) i figured it out when looking in the mirror. When I left they had put a couple pieces of gauze in my mouth, & on my drive home my mouth was just pouring out blood. It seemed pretty terrible that they wouldn't send me home with a little bit extra gauze. I'm sorry but I just WOULD NOT recommend if you have a choice. I feel absolutely WRONGED by this dental office. -Haven Iglesias

This location is HORRIBLE!!! Nicky lied to my mother about getting her work done in 3 weeks after waiting 9 months! They had the payment in full and still didn't care! Doctor Tillman dragged his feet and kept her coming in for fittings and consultations just to keep getting paid from the insurance. The new receptionist is a Joke! Very unprofessional, talks to the elderly as if they are not paying customers. When has it been appropriate to show tattoos and not be in full scrubs in any professional office?? I asked to speak to a supervisor and she acted like there was none. Everyone has someone to answer to! I will be calling the corporate office!!!

I wish I could give zero stars. I have been part of the Royal Dental family since 2013/2014 or so, almost a decade. I have never been treated as poorly as I was yesterday, June 1st. Staff in the front desk have never expressed such a lack of customer service, not only to myself but others in the waiting area as well. My fiance arrived at 3:20pm for his 3:30 appointment for both a cleaning and exam. It was 6pm and he was still waiting in his chair, not having been seen by ANYONE. Once I became blatantly upset, the woman at the front desk literally said "do you want me to call the laws, 'cause I can," as if I was in any way a danger or threat to her or the other staff. It was insulting, and disappointing. My fiance rescheduled his cleaning, because they eventually let him know that no one was available to do his cleaning at that time anymore. I told him he was better than I, because I would never return there again. Fast forward to Friday, 3:30pm, my fiance skipped lunch once again to get out of work on time to make the appointment. When he arrived, the dentist office was CLOSED. He received no notice. The inconsideration and absolute absence of professionalism is BEYOND a review can explain. I recommend this place to NO ONE.

Every visit I come in I see Nancy for my orthodontist adjustments. No matter who walks me back, I always ask for Nancy and Nancy comes to the rescue! I'm convinced that she wears a cape from the way she handles me with such amazing care, patience, and grace. Dr. Palli is the same way! She's so thorough and knowledgeable. I can breathe easy knowing that my orthodontic treatment is in their hands of some of the best in the city! If you're looking for an amazing place where you can connect with an outstanding orthodontic team, Royal Dental is a perfect place for you!
