I'm a new patient and they do not answer their phones. Anytime I try to call, it just rings and rings before disconnecting. Not sure how to make a new patient appointment if they do not answer their phones nor have an option on their website. It's silly to have to go in person in order to make an appointment and if I go, is there anyone even at the front desk? Not exactly happy to drive across town 30 minutes to attempt to make an appointment in person. I should also add I did call my dental insurance who did verify this dental office is indeed still open. So maybe they don't pay their phone bill?

Took a day off work, had an appointment set, I show up to the location and it was closed. Huge waste of time.

Every time I can I keep getting put on hold! First hold 19 minutes Next 9 Last hold was 4 Called again she asked to please hold yet again. The receptionist was rude.

First visit was yesterday and I already love the front desk receptionist Gena! She was on eternal hold with my insurance to make sure all was going to be correct after my insurance dropped the ball! I know she didn't have to go out of her way to help and it's exactly what I was hoping for in a new dentist office. Very helpful and appreciated!! Thank you Gena.

The ENTIRE STAFF here is amazing and kind. Hands down the best with caring for the patient needs and concerns. I have anxiety with dentist visits but with team I was perfectly fine. Definitely recommend this team.

Extremely bad experience here, went on for over 7 months. they refused to give me my money back so I could go elsewhere. They did not care about my suffering because of there mistakes. They lie saying there going to give you a refund but play dumb when you ask about it..

The dentist here does a wonderful job! I had a tooth extraction done by Sheryl who made sure I was comfortable and that I didn't have any pain!! I have always been scared of going to get work done on my teeth, but I will happily come back to see her for any work I need!

I experienced a kind, professional root canal service with Dr. Stewart. The job was well done in a timely fashion. The price was very reasonable. I highly reccomend Royal Dental.

The wait was kinda long but they took care of my needs and was able to get me in with short notice due to my pain with my wisdom teeth.
