[SCAM ALERT] Do NOT go to Royal Dental Care in Grayson, GA! They sent me a bill for an office visit that was two years ago. I called their office to discuss it and the manager, Anna, was extremely rude and did not have any explanation as to what the bill is for. According to the statement, if I don't pay it, they will send it to collections. When I mentioned this to Anna, she casually said "yeah you can just deal with them". Obviously I wouldn't want something to go on my credit report but Anna doesn't care at all! I reached out to my insurance company and they agreed with me (neither my insurance nor myself should have to pay anything because the charges were paid in full at time of service two years ago). My insurance tried contacting Royal Dental Care SEVERAL TIMES, Anna kept ignoring their calls/never returned their calls, and when my insurance finally got a hold of the receptionist and told her that the EOB shows 0 patient responsibility for the random charges they have added, the receptionist said "okay" and hung up the phone on them. I am pretty sure I am not the only patient they did this to! They are probably not making enough money so decided to bill patients for prior services hoping they will be scared of the charges going to collections and end up paying the office. IN SHORT, IF YOU DON'T WANT TO KEEP RECEIVING BILLS FOR A SERVICE SEVERAL MONTHS/YEARS LATER, DO NOT GO HERE! Also, the dentist herself had no idea what she was doing and suggested procedures that wouldn't address the issue I was there for so I quickly understood that they were trying to rip me off, which is why I never returned to them.

My family of five have been patients of Dr Dabbas for six years. Today that ends. Anna, the new billing person is awful! She is very unprofessional, balanced bills and is very incompetent with billing practices and procedures. She refuses to give me a receipt for a charge my Autistic son incurred using MY CC yet she sent him a bill whilst the insurance company has no record of a patient balance. AND, she sent me a bill for nearly $500 when I too have no outstanding claims with a patient balance whatsoever. They refuse to resolve the matter by providing dates of service, patient name, diagnostic/procedure codes. Just sent the bill with my name and the amount. Everything being done is against their provider contract and it results in horrible consumer services and ILLEGAL billing. I attempted to resolve the matter in person and was threatened with the police. Good luck to anyway dealing with this office. If you continue servicing them watch your claims and do not pay up front. It's thievery.

I went to get fillings on my teeth. I was worried and frightened about the whole process but Dr. Zain Dabass and her staff put me at ease and made my experience the best experience ever. I highly recommend that you seek Royal Dental to satisfy your dental health needs.

Dr.Dabbas was good and tries very hard and a couple of the hygienists were good as well but that is about it.The bookkeeping and front desk staff is horrible and they change all the time.It has been a long time since I have been there and they all of the sudden are telling me that I owe $350 from years ago because the insurance did not pay what they said they would even though when I had my very last appointment there I was told I had a credit balance.I paid them thousands of dollars in my time to get various things done and now because I am not their patient anymore they want to rerun the books and try to squeeze more money out of me even though I have not set foot in their office in over two years.So many times throughout the years of going to this place had I already started driving over or been at the office and notified that they had to cancel or change the day and time and never once did they give me a less than 24 hour cancellation credit.If it would have been me on the other hand I surely would have gotten charged a cancellation fee. I am pretty sure the front desk staff nor the dental assistants who by the way hug you when you walk in and act like they care will not see this review because they don't really care about you one bit.I will give Dr.Dabbas credit though.She will probably not see it because she is too busy being a dentist and filling in for the shortcomings of her front office staff and assistants.

My daughter and I have been going here for a couple years and my husband also recently started going to this office as well. We have insurance through tricare because my husband is in the military. So we are limited to who is in network for us. The front desk staff used to be super super nice. The dentist herself was nice enough, even if she did get me confused with other patients a few times. However our last visit was a complete disaster. I received a text message the day before claiming my insurance was cancelled and I needed to call them back prior to 4pm or my and my daughters appointment would be cancelled. I called right back because I knew this was a mistake: my husband had just spoken to United Concordia Tricare the day before to ensure all was well as he had to update payment info from a card that was expired. Tricare ensured us all was covered and active and our appointment would be covered. I explained this to the front desk lady and she was very condescending to me. It almost sounded like she didn't believe me. She said the appointment would have to be cancelled if I didn't provide active insurance. I again explained it was active and this was confirmed just yesterday. We went back and forth before I got frustrated and just said cancel because she was not believing me. When I said this her tone slightly changed and she said she would call the insurance and call me back. Not sure why didn't do this in the first place once I told her it was active regardless of what their system was saying. She called me back a little while later saying the insurance said I was good and it was THEIR system that had to update we were covered and up to date. And the desk lady goes "however if we file and they deny it you'll be responsible" I said why would that be an issue if they said we are covered? So kept the appointment but wish I hadn't... I get there today and the first desk lady was really nice. She told us everything was covered and we wouldn't have a copay. Then the other lady who I guess does billing said we still can't access your insurance but it looks like you have a copay. And I said I've never had a copay, give me a moment let me call my insurance. And she got snippy with me! She again in a condescending way said well your appointment is in 30 mins (we got there early) and we have to be on time so this needs to be taken care of before then. I'm not 5 and you don't talk to people like that. This was completely opposite of the prior lady who worked on accounts. I called and sure enough no copays. The lady at the desk said after it for flouride for me, which again I never had a copay before. I told her to just take that off for me. I won't be going back due to the utter rudeness of the front desk/account lady. Myself, my daughter and my husband will be taking our business everywhere.

The wait is a little long but the waiting room is so beautifully decorated, you don't mind. Dentist is very hands on, friendly, caring, gentle and looking to educate you by explaining things thoroughly. Very family friendly - she let my kids go through their treasure filled with toys and keep their selections.

Dr. Dabbas is such a caring person. My experience was amazing. She gave me back my self confidence. For that I'm forever grateful. Such a compassionate person whose also a dentist. She takes care of my dental needs. Dr. Dabbas is my FOREVER DENTIST!!

Dr. Dabbas is by far the best dentist I have ever visited! She and her staff make myself and my children feel like family. She is gentle and caring and has truly mastered her craft. She has state of the art equipment and can make crowns in her office the same day which is extremely convenient. She is always learning more about the art of dentistry and I will never visit another dentist again as we will be patients for life. If you are considering looking for a new dentist, she is the right choice.

Lots of conflicting information given to patients by front office staff, Marcy in particular. No set protocol, policies or procedures that are consistent as it pertains to how patients are being billed. Not billing properly per patients dental coverage. Would not recommend this practice.

Love the staff. Ms. Allison as well as the ladies at the front desk are awesome, kind and helpful. I would have given 5 stars because the work I have had done has been pretty good. But it just spend too much time here. Dr. Dabbas is sooo nice but soooo slow. Every appointment I have had, I have been there for 2 hours or more so I have had to keep coming back to have my work finished. I dont believe they overbook. I think she just moves so slow that by the time her next appointment is ready. She is not finished with the last. None the less. I would recommend Dr. Dabbas. (Just don't be in a rush!) UPDATE: attempted to get the rest of my work done. I was told I owed. When I paid almost 1500 for a root canal. In addition I was told they no longer accepted my insurance yet they had filed claims for the work I should have had done already. They have new people working here every week, so you will meet a new receptionist every time. Also i did not receive my "free" whitening I was offered after paying that kind of money out of pocket. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

First time here and I've been waiting over an hour in the waiting room. This is totally unacceptable. More to come.... Ok an update...the hygienist does not know what she is doing. Although nice does not have the skill sets to professionally do the work. 90 minutes later still waiting to see the dentist. This is ridiculous....more to follow.

Had several appointments consecutively. I had four cavities and a cleaning back to back. The front office staff was great. Fillings could be a little better, I struggle to floss now. Overall I'm very happy with my experiences.

Beautiful office. They have all new staff and they are amazing. Very nice to me and very detailed. I had no issues. My cleaning was done by the new hygienist and it was the best cleaning I've had in a while. I would definitely recommend.

Royal Dental is amazing. Never thought I could feel comfortable at the dentist, the chandeliers and everything. Marcy was a very kind person helping thru my appointment making feel like everything is ok, nothing to be afraid of also saying she was the office manager, very kind. Royal Dental has my 5 star.
