I had one of the best dental experience ever. This dental crew were extremely professional and kind they really made me feel so confortable and relax because I was too nervous but the team and Dr Haghighi were the best with me. Also they repaired all my dental needs all in one visit without needing to do multiple appointments. Definitely I will be back in the future with them.

If I can give this dentist office no stars I would. In the past year and a half I have spent a lot of money with this office. I mean thousands, out my pocket. When I first started going, it was a wonderful effortless experience. But since they've changed staff it has been a nightmare. They have neglectfully misplaced my payment information in their system and then blamed someone who no longer works there. NOW look m, I'm not one to complain often, but my identity has been stolen in the past year because of mishaps like this. The dentist do great work, but that front office crew... baby they need to get it together. I will be moving dentist because absolutely not. Royal Care Dentistry quality of care has depleted significantly. I'm over it. Peace, Love, and Light. Update: Dear Desiree, I have been nothing but nice to you and have been trying to help you out by in house financing and making sure it works out for you. Keila, who was in charge of the payments has left the office and we have no way to charge your card without the 3 digits. That's all we are asking for. What did we do wrong? You talk about peace, love, and light but you are destroying MY business by this unfair review. Please consider that. Dr. H My response: I don't need in house financing, I need you guys not to mishandle my critical information. Why would I finance and I only have 2 payments left. Zero accountability, you guys blamed somebody who no longer works there. I'm not destroying anything, your front office is the face of your business. So, clean up your own house. Dr. Haghighi is the best dentist i know. He is very kind and caring. He also is knowledgeable and explains the procedures in very simple terms. I do recommend this office to everyone. The assistants and front desk they are so nice and kind they will help you with anything you need with a smile in their faces.

I really can't say enough good things about Dr. Payam and all of the staff I've met at Royal Care Dentistry. I've been to several dentists over the years and had the pleasure of finding Royal Care after moving into a new area. The staff is friendly, attentive and very organized. Dr. Payam Hahighi is definitely one of the best in the DMV. He's explains everything in detail and makes everything easy to understand. He's steady and efficient while working. I've had several fillings, root canal, chipped teeth over the years with him and he's always done very high quality work making most of it completely unprovable and natural when finished. I also had a great Invisalign experience with them to help me get a perfect smile. They really do care about their customers and their smile, so. If you're looking for a high quality dentist that you can trust definitely go to Royal Care.

Let's just start by saying, WHO LIKES THE DENTIST TO BEGIN WITH? Well i was one of those patients before! But since finding Dr.Haghighi and his staff I've had all my Dental needs and wants met to a Tee! I would definitely recommend this office to anyone big family or small! Me and mines love it here!

My kids and I have been coming here for a couple of years now and all I can say is this is the best Dental Care Office/Group I've dealt with. Everyone is very professional and welcoming, very patient and knowledgeable, always giving the kids and their parents the best experience. Easy to make appointments, many help around and good communication with the patients. Very very clean offices and equipment. I'm very happy with this place!!!

Can honestly say this office was one of the best experiences I've had with a dental practice. The front ladies are very sweet and the Dr. Haghighi was very knowledgeable and kind I look forward to bring my husband and kids my next visit!

Front desk staff and the doctor are very nice. But I've never seen a hygienist staff so disorganized. Also, the endodontist Dr Lim that they have come in only on wednesdays is terrible. Horrible bedside manner, huffing and puffing at the hygienists during my root canal. I then had a panic attack during the procedure and never once did anyone ask me if I was ok. Then to top it off he didn't even do my root canal correctly I still have pain a month later and have to be referred to another endodontist.

Royal Care Dentistry is the best dentist office! It is so convenient because I live in the Gaithersburg area and they gave me an appointment right away. Dr Payam Haghighi is so knowledgeable and was so patient during the exam. He went over all the options for my treatment and worked with me on what I wanted to get done first from the treatment plan. I'll definitely be coming back and I would definitely recommend this practice to everyone.

I honestly never do reviews buuut I highly recommend this dentist in Gaithersburg!!! The staff are very nice and the dentist explains the dental needs in detail. Definitely a five star dental office and would definitely come back!

Dr. Haghighi has been our family dentist for last few years now and has performed a major surgery for my mother. Every since my mother's smile has become completely renewed and refreshed! Not a single complaint. I myself have been coming to Dr. Haghighi for every 6 month check up and I can say this with confidence that I leave completely refreshed and relaxed and most importantly feeling really really clean! Dr. Haghighi is not a usual dentist, he is certainly and exceptional in his skills!

Everyone is super nice and super professional! The assistant was very informative and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Payam was clear about the procedures and was efficient while working on my teeth. Incredible service thank you!!

Staff is wonderful thank you for being honest when speaking regarding my dental issue the doctor her was very pleasant and found solutions to my dental needs. Would be definitely going back to finish my treatment!
