I was met with a polite and friendly greeting by the receptionist as I walked into the office. The dental assistant, Dr. Levi and dental hygienist all introduced themselves with friendly greetings and smiles. Thank you for explaining different treatment options and your explanation of procedures and the interpretation of findings. I was made to feel that I was in good care by the professional, customer-focused interaction with all in the office. This is so important in health care. I'll be back! Again, thank you. I have a LONG history of disasters from previous dentists so naturally, dental appointments are terrifying for me. My husbands company was doing mass layoffs in the beginning of May, so we figured I might as well max out our dental benefits just in case the inevitable happened. Unable to get into my regular dentist in Santa Monica. I decided to call Dr. Levi's office hoping that on the off chance they could literally fit me in at last minute for a cleaning that day. To my surprise, they could (within 1-2 hrs)! I also had told them with this being a last minute appointment, I wouldn't be able to find child care so I would be bringing my 1 1/2yr old son with me. They were more than accommodating and in fact encouraged bringing him! We showed up to the appointment and they were on time, very professional and friendly.The cleaning was as pleasant as a cleaning could be and the hygienist didn't seemed in a hurry to finish and get onto the next appointment. She also made sure she took breaks if I needed to sit up or whatever.Overall, I was very impressed! I had the pleasure to get to know Dr. Levi . She was reassuring as I was scared.I needed 3 fillings replaced !!! However, Dr. Roya Levi is very professional and was understanding of the fact I was scared of the drill. Not any more !! Since I have had 5 fillings replaced now and cant wait to have my teeth whitened. Dr. Levi's office provides excellent care. They get you in in a timely matter and direct billing is A major plus+ Thank you!!

SCAM! Check Yelp for the truth. The whole office is off from her receptionist who lied about legally needing X-rays and they won't charge for them, which I was charged for to. She also won't answer the phone to answer any questions once she has your money. Basically it was a 2 hour sales pitch with a terrible cleaning. Seriously bad.

Dr. Levi and her entire staff provided me with one of the most pleasant dental experiences I've ever had (I've always hated going to the dentist for a number of reasons). They're hands-on, direct, kind, and do all they can to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience. I've had to get major work done recently and have experienced zero pain or discomfort in the aftermath. I cannot say enough positive things about this Dental Practice!

Dr. Levi and the amazing team there do great work and make you feel welcome, comfortable and confident in the service each and every time. I am very thankful to have found this practice and to have such a great group of experts manage all my dental needs. Would absolutely recommend Dr. Levi and her team to anyone who needs a dentist.

Love this office! Dr Ivanov is an incredible doctor. Ping and Nicole in the office are also so nice and helpful. They're the only office I know who will go out of their way to help you with your insurance company. They're fantastic! Oxana is also great They also just upgraded their offices

Dr Ivanov extracted a tooth yesterday. No muss, no fuss, NO PAIN AT ALL. Couldn't ask for a better procedure. Dr Levi put in a new crown. All went extremely well. I recommend Dr Levi highly.

Like other reviews on here, I highly recommend checking Yelp before going to this Dentist. While there are a lot of positive reviews on Google, Yelp is something I wish I checked before going to Dr. Levi's dental practice. This dentist was in-network for my health insurance, but upon visiting this practice over the course of 3 visits this office came up with a dental plan that would not only max out but exceed my yearly insurance. Luckily I only chose to have what I deemed as the necessary work. Please get a second opinion from another dentist before going here! Aside from the insurance scam they are operating here, I couldn't help but notice the negative culture among the staff at the practice. The front desk staff would bicker with each other, Dr. Levi would make the staff stand up as she entered a room. She would pester the staff to hurry with the work they were doing on the phone with my insurance company, when I repeatedly told them I was really in no rush. It made me feel uncomfortable when most other dentists I have been to are a calm, friendly environment. The only positive part of my experience was dealing with Nicole at the front desk, who I could tell was doing her best. She told me if all of the work on the dental plan was overwhelming I didn't need to get it all at once. I took this advice and will be looking for a new dentist. I am from New Zealand I have never experienced this kind of insurance max out and overall terrible experience from a dentist. Please check Yelp as it seems this experience is shared by many young people visiting this practice.

First of all, make sure to check out Dr. Levi's reviews on Yelp, many of which outline very similar experiences to mine... Dr. Levi and her team take complete advantage of their patients, especially those with good insurance plans. I had a horrible experience here a few years ago that I am STILL paying for. The first thing Dr. Levi said to me when I saw her was that I had the best insurance plan she's ever seen -- "it covers everything!" Shortly after that, I was told that I had a bad crown (even though the crown was less than one year old and my VERY trusted lifelong dentist from back home had done it for me). She said it needed to be replaced immediately and that I also had multiple cavities that needed to be filled. She went on to give me a new crown that didn't fit and caused me intense pain. I had to see an endotontist who told me the new crown was bad and that Dr. Levi needed to replace it. So that resulted in a THIRD crown for the same tooth -- only to have the color not match the rest of my teeth! I kept it after Dr. Levi said the color difference "wasn't that bad." However, the crown itself still gives me issues to this day. My current dentist has told me what a terrible crown it is that will ultimately need to be replaced in a few years or less (aka I will need a FOURTH crown for the same tooth). After experiencing pain from a cavity refill with Dr. Levi, I asked if I could come in so she could make sure everything was okay. She ended up charging my insurance company for a full office visit, thus maxing out my maximum for dental insurance (which was a very generous amount). I have NEVER had a dentist charge me to quickly check on what was causing me pain following a procedure THEY did. When I asked Dr. Levi why she charged me, she rudely said to me, "you cannot tell me what I can and can't charge for." Years after this nightmare, I currently see an amazing, conservative dentist who is STILL fixing Dr. Levi's mistakes. The cavities that Dr. Levi claimed I needed filled were apparently filled very poorly, and I've had to have almost all of them replaced. Dr. Levi has caused me to spend thousands and thousands of dollars on dental work because she was greedy for money and saw a good opportunity to get what she could out of my generous insurance plan. Do NOT trust Dr. Levi and her team with your dental care.

Wonderful, knowledgeable staff. Ignore the negative reviews. Some people think after 10 minutes on Google they know more than experts and they'll go from one office to another until they find someone who tells them what they want to hear.

100% recommend!! Both the clinic and the staff are excellent here. I'm usually rather uncomfortable at the dentist but Dr. Levi and her team really go above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable with the care I need. I work a crazy schedule too and they are helpful in accomodating that.

Everything was so sanitary and clean. I felt very safe getting my teeth cleaned during the pandemic. The staff is warm and friendly.
