Before any procedure requiring anesthetic, it is important to alert staff members if you have a medical condition that may be of concern. These may include heart disease, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, diabetes, rheumatic fever, etc. Also please let us know if you are on any medication that may affect the procedure (i.e. heart medications, aspirin, blood thinners, etc.) or if you require medication before dental cleanings (i.e. antibiotics premedication.)

We will help to maximize your insurance reimbursements, as well as send you a monthly statement regarding your account. Remember that insurance companies will typically respond within four to six weeks, so please call our office at (248) 559-1559 if your insurance payment has not appeared on your statement in that time. The remaining balance(s) after insurance payment is the patients responsibility, and we thank you in advance for promptly meeting your obligations.

Rosen is a dentist in the Detroit Metro Area (Southfield) and as a proud, long-time local, he received his Bachelors Degree from Michigan State University in 1975 before going on to graduate from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in 1981. Since then, he has been practicing dentistry for 36 years with a gentle care and expertise his patients trust and value. You can be confident he is the right choice for all your dental needs.
