Regret coming to this location. I had gotten the LANAP procedure here (laser gum surgery) which is what Dr. Yoo recommended. When I had asked him questions about the procedure, if its painful, it there is any gum removal that would happen. He assured me that it is minimal pain, and that there might be some shrinkage of the gum. The procedure was done between my two front teeth so in the dead center. I was shocked at how it came out. Not only did it remove so much gum tissue, I now have what they call a "black triangle" in the middle of my two front upper teeth that is really noticeable. I honestly regret getting this procedure done and should have done more research on him. Now I feel so self conscious when I smile and need more work just to fix his mistake. I feel he might have been too aggressive during treatment which caused the black triangle. If I can give 0 stars I would. Do not come here.

Dr Yoo is amazing. If I could give ten stars, I would. I trust him so much I'm willing to even drive 1.5 hours to see him. His work is stellar. I've been going to him since 2016 and I have had zero problems with my four implants. My case was slightly complicated and he even did a soft tissue graft and gum surgery. He really knows what he's doing and I feel that he comes from a place of patient-first and transparency. He really listened to me, understood my concerns, and made my experience easy and relaxing. I fully trust him and his opinions on next steps. He genuinely cares for his patients. Additional his office staff is very friendly and helpful, and responses quickly. I highly recommend going to Dr Roy for any periodental work! He is really excellent.

Beware, Wrong diagnoses, Dishonest, Lies to cover up, I had to get my lawyer involved to get my report from him.

I agree with previous review, this doctor cares about people, and nowadays is difficult to find that. He is doing my son's implant and it has been a great experience.

One of the most modest Doctors i know and very gentle. I will def plan on coming back if i need to, not going to anyone else for a sinus lift and implant.Office is very nice and the staff is great and caring feel like home away from home.
