I have a history of sutures reacting on me and not dissolving easily. After extraction, if I was hurting, the office only had a lecture to give me. No follow up appointment. I had to go to urgent care center for follow up. A good dentist with -0- PR.

Office sent a text message saying they were running behind and please come 15 mins later than scheduled. I have never gotten one of these texts before and was so appreciative. Appointment was detailed and informative and we feel good about having surgery w Dr Gaines!

It was a consultation for potential implants. Dr. Gaines and his staff are top notch! Our family has gone to him for years. He provided information to allow me to decide which treatment path is best for me. Staff treated me with kindness and professionalism. I would recommend Dr. Gaines for your dental surgery needs.

This was my second tooth extraction by Dr. Gaines. Like the first time, all of the options were throughly explained prior to the extraction. The procedure went well, with very minimal pain. I didn't realize the tooth was extracted until Dr. Gaines told me. Very please with experience.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I was supposed to have a consultation appointment and I called upwards of 20 times over many weeks (at different times of day) and was never answered once. I left multiple voicemails as well and was never responded to. The only way I was able to get my appointment or speak to them at all was to literally drive to their office. When i arrived there was no one at the front desk for over 15 minutes, and when the lady finally came out she was not even the tiniest bit apologetic about the nightmare of trying to contact this place. After more and more issues with contacting them I ended up cutting ties with them and going somewhere else for my tooth extraction. Unreal way to run a business I do not recommend.

I found Dr. Gaines by looking up all oral surgeons in the area that are in network with my insurance. I need the best oral surgeon because I'm a very difficult case. I have two fully impacted wisdom teeth and one with a cyst on top (all deeply buried in bones), plus I'm a 40 year old petite person with a small moth. I have seen two other oral surgeons who didn't want to remove my wisdom teeth. Dr. Gaines was confident in getting them out and didn't even need to do a CT. I was put to sleep for a 2-hour surgery and didn't feel anything. The recovery went pretty smooth without any complications. It has been 6 month now and I'm so relieved that I got my wisdom teeth removed before I get older. I couldn't say enough thanks to Dr. Gaines and his staff!!

Great atmosphere and kind staff. My daughter had dental extractions and they did a great job! There was an improved difference between her general dentist and Dr Gaines. Would highly recommend

Very efficient administrative service at the front desk. Especially insurance and network coverage patient eligibility. Bonus added examination and consultation. In regards to additional concerns and pains I was having but getting no answers at my primary. X-rays taken discovered the cause of my mystery pain. I am so much the better mentally as well as emotionally since I now understand what actionable options I have to eliminate my pain now and in the future. Great bedside manners by the nurse and especially the Dentist MD DR. Gaines. I would highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Gaines removed my son's wisdom teeth. He and his staff were extremely friendly and professional. Dr. Gaines explained the procedure thoroughly and made sure both I and my son understood and were comfortable with proceeding. Even though we had this done during a school holiday break, their staff called to check on him. I would highly recommend Dr. Gaines for your oral surgery needs.

Dr. Gaines and his staff were extremely professional and personable. The process was seamless. They explained in great detail what to expect before and after surgery of wisdom teeth removable. So far they have been correct as far as what to expect with pain and timing of pain peak vs recovery. They scheduled a follow up appointment before my son was discharged. They gave my son plenty of time to wake up, and there was no rushing out the door. They only do one surgery at a time (obviously) and do not let patients or parents wait together. They are respectful of each person's time. The doctor even took time after surgery to follow up with me. They were very accommodating. The office is very clean and pleasant and a good, peaceful location with accessible parking right near entrance. Dr. Gaines was recommended by my pediatric dentist who has treated all three of my kids. Not sure about the low review as we had a completely opposite experience. One more thing to add, they were prompt and organized in explaining and quoting the cost of the procedure.

Prompt service. Hassle-free scheduling. Friendly. He has cared for both my children. The first time I used the service was years ago. I had just suffered a family loss and then the issue came up that my son needed care. I was not prepared financially and amidst a grieving process that we were all going through. I was able to work out reasonable terms that gave me relief during a stressful time. That meant so much to me back then and is why I travelled an hour to go back to him for my other child. His service and expertise holds against the test of time. Almost 10 years later and still an excellent service!
