I've been going to Dr Carlson for my dental care for many years now. They are entertaining and fun to be with. Very, gentle and kind. I would recommend any friend or family member to seek care from Dr Carlson and his staff. My teeth are very healthy and it's all their fault.

Wonderful dental office. The staff are all friendly, lovely up to date office, EXPERT dentistry. Dr. Carlson is warm and friendly and puts a person at ease. I highly recommend this dental office.

I've know Dr Carlson for 5 years now as a friend and as a patient. He does great work and is very thorough. He never rushes you through to get to the next patient. His office is very quiet and relaxing.

I love going to this Dentist! He is kind & does artful work! I feel like I have beautiful little pearls in my mouth. The staff is great & I always feel at home there. No matter how difficult the procedure, it is always practically painless! Thank-you, Dr. Carlson!

Dr. Carlson is extremely talented and amazing! I thought the same about his staff until I was alone with the receptionist in the hallway... she was a completely different person to me when she not near Dr. Carlson. I was behind on payments, which I get, it's her job to collect it. What she should of said to be professional about it was "hey ya know, ur behind on ur payments and I think we might have to hold off on seeing u until ur balance is paid." Professional and to the point. 100% understandable IF that's what she said. But instead it was responses like "ur just making excuses!" And when I tried to politely explain myself she cut me off and kept calling then excuses. I have not gotten dental care in OVER 11 years so I did not realize it was so expensive, but that was my mistake, but when I tried to say that to her she AGAIN cut me off and said, "whose fault is that!!" Patient care 101, as someone who is in the healthcare field, u don't judge, u don't make the patient feel guilty, ur there to take care of them. Ur personal opinions r not important, not ur place to say. If she went with the first thing I wrote in the beginning of this review, I would of still continued my dental visits, but she did ruined that. So he will get his money and I will not come back. COVID 19 has hit everyone hard, and there is no way she could of known anything about my situation with that, nor was it her place to judge me and press her opinions onto me. By the way this is the mild version of what she said, her exact words were much worse.

Today I found out about what this guy did to a young lady. I will share with the pictures, as this isn't giving me the option to add a photo. What you thought may have been a nice gesture, or business move ....was HORRIFYING for her self esteem. Not everyone has the means to repair cosmetic issues. Some of us are beautiful from the inside out. You owe her -By repairing her overbite that you so nicely pointed out...FREE OF CHARGE. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED of yourself.

Dr. Carlson and staff are always professional and make your visit truly a pleasant one! I highly recommend Dr. Carlson because he is so committed to his patients and cares about their experience. He will come in on days the office is closed and answers his phone! He is the best dentist, orthodontist, and overall the best in the industry within the Health Services sector!
