During his career, he has served as Associate Clinical Instructor at Indiana School of Dentistry, Chairman of Removable Prosthodontics and Perio-Prosthetics at the Atlantic Coast Dental Research Clinic (ACDRC), and President of both the ACDRC and the Central Palm Beach County Dental Association.
Dr. Blake has been helping dentists expand their skills and knowledge for most of his career. He has taught implant dentistry courses for general dentists at the Atlantic Coast Dental Research Clinic in Lake Worth, Florida for the past 20 years. Dr. Blake collaborates regularly with specialists in Oral Surgery, Periodontics, Endodontics, and Orthodontics. Many general dentists in the area consult with him on their complex cases. Dr. Blake remains current on advances and innovations in the dental field via ongoing continuing education courses.
Dr. Blake is a member of the American Dental Association and the American College of Prosthodontists. Recognized by the ADA as a specialist in Prosthetic, Restorative and Reconstructive Dentistry, Dr Blake has maintained a private practice in South Florida since 1984.

I was referred to Dr. Roy C. Blake III by my surgeon. I had a life changing operation that removed some of the hard and soft palate. It was a complicated situation, but with his expertise, experience and knowledge he made a prosthesis for me that allows me to eat, drink, talk and smile with confidence!!! He always shows concern and interest for the situation at hand. Dr. Blake is the best and I highly recommend him, and he's very meticulous with his work. His team is very professional and courteous, Luze was so helpful with tips and suggestions on how to care for myself. What Dr Blake does is so need. Thank you very much sir, I appreciate you!!! I recently completed multiple visits with Dr. Blake and his staff spanning 3 months. There is not enough space on the internet for me to write what a spectacular experience I had. My needs were centered around conservative dentistry, removal of old silver and intermediate restoration of worn down teeth. After visiting 6 different dentists in palm beach county, all of which recommended I go through an expensive bio hazard silver removal process and complete veneer restoration I was then referred to Dr. Blake by another one of his patients. I was defeated after the previous 6 dentists who told me I had "bad teeth" that needed a complete overhaul and almost did not go to my initial visit with Dr. Blake as I was just exhausted of hearing the same thing over and over. After 5 minutes in the dental chair, Dr. Blake sat me up, looked me in the eye and said, "don't get rid of these teeth, they are healthy and I can repair them if you allow me." I was over come with joy because I knew this was what I needed. Next he gave me an estimate of the work and if you've read this review this far, read the rest. Every other dentist I visited before Dr Blake gave me an estimate averaging $72,000 for a full veneer mouth restoration and they also promised me a world class smile. I didn't go for a new smile, I came for the health and well being of my natural teeth and enamel that I knew needed attention but not to that level of removing all my good enamel for veneers. Dr. Blake gave me an estimate for everything on that first visit at a fraction of what other dentists wanted to charge me and when we were done, not one extra penny was added on to my bill. In a time of crazy inflation and when everyone is out to rip you off, Dr. Blake and his team are making an honest living at a fair price for all. They also assisted me in submitting claim forms to my insurance in which I personally had much success with my dental company for reimbursement. No sales pitches. No BS. Get what you need at a fair price. Conservative dentistry at its finest. Thank you Amy, Luz and Dr. Blake. I wish I had met you all 30 years ago!

I've met with DR Blake and he was very nice and seems to have his patients best interest at heart... his staff on the other hand is a whole different story I called to reschedule an appointment I missed and his assistance wanted me to ask my husband for permission to schedule the appointment because she assumed he would need to decide rather or not I could pay for my treatment which is very unprofessional and disrespectful I refused to give my money to a place that thinks in 2021 a woman needs her husband's permission to go see a dentist

Dr. Blake has been my prosthedontist/dentist for many years. He is caring,patient and talented. His treatment plans are always conservative and he dosen't try to oversell. Luce, his assistant is a kind and totally lovely person. I have an amazingly complicated mouth full of crowns,implants and bridges. I only trust him to work on my mouth.

Luce, his assistant is a kind and totally lovely person. I have an amazingly complicated mouth full of crowns,implants and bridges. I only trust him to work on my mouth.

If there's anyone out there seeking a prosthodontist ... look no further! You have found the most amazing doctor ever in Dr. Roy Blake. Unlike most doctors that will not even accept you if another doctor (I'm from Chicago) has created your implants, Dr. Blake has put an end to me having to travel back and forth now since 2014. And what's even more note worthy, I'm not your everyday patient because I have many chemical allergies and so it's really tough for me when a tooth (crown) breaks because of my allergic reactions. This however, has never stopped Dr. Blake from trying to help me and in spite of my difficulties, his thoughtful nature, kindness and amazing spirit always seems to emanate from within as he does everything he can to ensure that you have the best possible outcomes. Dr. Blake is not just an expert at what he does, he truly cares for his patients. I know this to be true because he has come into the office on his days off to repair my broken tooth and I wasn't the only patient there! He has phoned me after hours to check on me and/or talk about my concerns and basically just gone above and beyond to ensure that I have a great smile. Thank you Dr. Blake for being the gift that you are to many!

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Blake for several years. We live in Florida and New York, but we always have our dental work with Dr. Blake in Florida. He is top notch, and his staff is very attentive. I recommend him all the time to my friends and neighbors.

Now after many months in which I even started to look forward to visits, I have beautiful teeth and a smile.
