Over all the service is good Dr. Rowe is great but the staff at the front desk needs to be addressed came to pick up my daughter's retainers and no instructions were given had to ask for instructions and after that it was rudely given.

very friendly and efficient staff! They are very accommodating to any changes of schedule and emergencies that may arise. Doc is great from beginning assessment to ongoing care. He really cares about the whole picture from alignment to the bite etc. I am in for my second set (different doctor before) and he is fixing my mis alignment which is causing trauma to my lower cheek. My daughter was visiting from PA and her upper wire had shifted causing it to poke her. This was Friday night, I called Dr Rowe's office Saturday morning and he got her right in with no charge. Great Dr and Great Service!
