A pain-free procedure without needles or drills is now made possible by the combination of a water-energizing laser and air and water hand piece that combine to symbiotically excite water molecules from within both the spray and the target tissue. The family at Rowe are simply the best. I can't say enough about the staff. They are all so pleasant and caring. Dr. Rowe is kind and gentle. The 2 girls who worked on my cleaning today (Ashley and Tammy) were through and knowledgeable. I would never trust my teeth to any other office thank you all

Excellent patient care. My daughter was having some tooth pain over the weekend. Dr Rowe got her in right away and took care of her problem quickly and painlessly. Staff is very friendly and inviting. Very grateful for the quick resolution! Highly recommended.

As always, Dr. Rowe and his staff were excellent. My Hygienist is awesome. Never feel uncomfortable. Dr. Rowe is thorough and does not push extra stuff on you. I've going here for years and would recommend them to anyone. Our grandson was visiting from CA and had a fall on his bike, resulting in a mouth injury. Dr. Rowe got him right in and gave him the once over to make sure there were not any damage teeth/gums. Great guy.

This was my first experience with Rowe's dentistry for my child and I should say the Dr seemed knowledgable and nice. However the billing department was a nightmare. The lady does not listen one bit or understand what you are trying to say and keeps talking like a broken record. We had a consult and x-ray ahead of an orthodontic appliance and I was trying to explain to her my insurance pays 100% for consult and x-rays and she kept insisting i pay out of pocket. Also for portion of the orthodontic treatment, she said i have to pay our of pocket and she was not going to include that in the insurance claim. This is my first ever nightmarish experience with a billing person explaining what they are supposed to do. She was pretty rude and said we cannot negotiate on the cost while I was there trying to explain to her a million times I'm not looking for charity. All I'm saying is please make an insurance claim since you are in-network for my dental insurance and all of these are covered. She also refused to share the x-ray images while i kept explaining to her it's covered in my insurance. Like I said the doctor seems nice from my one time visit however if they don't fix their billing department, they are definitely going downhill. Never stepping back to that office for anything. Such a horrible experience!

This was my first visit with Dr Rowe. Was referred by another Dr that I go to. The staff was excellent from checking in to checking out. Did complete x-rays to a complete cleaning. Dr Rowe went over everything and gave me recommendations on what he felt might need to be done. Everyone made me feel welcome and I would recommend Dr Rowe to anyone.

Dr. Rowe and his entire staff are hospitable, professional, and skilled. They make you feel warmly welcomed and they provide their services and care with excellence. The facility is clean and all the people are kind. They honor your time, treat you with respect, and even share a few laughs! I would recommend this office to anyone.

I started going to Rowe Family Dentistry about 10 years ago and enjoyed the staff and Dr. Rowe. Everyone was extremely friendly and made the dreaded experience of going a dentist more pleasurable. Since they moved to Tatum, it seems the office went really downhill. The billing is an absolute nightmare. I was made aware of a large bill TWO YEARS later. It's just disappointing that I have been in the office every six months for my cleaning and was never once made aware of an outstanding balance. It is extremely frustrating to be thrown something like that out of nowhere and unprofessional in my opinion. Like I said, I do really love Dr. Rowe and think he is great. But the accounting department really needs some work. Seems like they have a new account/billing manager so I do hope they make for a turnaround.

Dr. Rowe and everyone of his staff members are always so darn nice! I've always been extremely nervous when going to the dentist.
