Matt Asters, DDS, is no stranger to North Mississippi. Growing up in Tupelo, MS, he continued his education at Mississippi State University with an undergraduate degree in Biochemistry and a masters in Agricultural Science. He then received his doctorate in Dentistry from the University of Tennessee. Dr. Asters is married with 2 boys and 1 girl, and loves living in New Albany. They are actively involved at First United Methodist Church and also very involved with the Make-A-Wish foundation. When asked about his profession, Dr. Asters notes that, Dentistry is all about giving back to people. If hes not practicing at Rowan Family Dentistry, hes enjoying family, MSU sports and the outdoors. As member of the ADA and MDA, we are very proud to have Dr. Asters serving our clients each day!
Dr. Kimberly Winborn is a native of Biloxi, MS. She received her Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Science from University of Mississippi and her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Mississippi Medical Center School Of Dentistry. Dr. Kimberly Winborn is an active member of the American Dental Association, Mississippi Dental Association and American Academy of Facial Aesthetics.
Dr. Kimberly Winborn and her husband, Kade, live in Olive Branch, MS where she is also a member of Junior Auxillary of Desoto County. A fun fact about Dr. Kimberly is she enjoys traveling; she has visited two of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. When she is not traveling, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and two dogs.

The best! Up to date with all the latest gadgets. Everyone is so nice, and knowledgeable about the work being done. You'll really enjoy going to the dentist.

It's the closest thing to a spa that a dentist office can be. They offer noise canceling headphones, water, and are super concerned about your comfort level. I was shivering (it is cold there), and they offered me a blanket. My first thought was, "you guys have blankets here?". Other than the amenities, I had a chipped tooth repaired yesterday and it looks better than it did before I chipped it. It's like an upgrade. Tooth 2.0. They're good, I recommend them.

Dr. Kimberly and the staff that I've met have all been extremely nice. They really go all in to make you feel comfortable. Honestly I could fall asleep in the chair. How many people can say that about a dental visit?

Based on my first visit, I am pleased. This is a good dentist office, very knowledgeable, friendly doctors and staff. They have the best upto date equipment, technology and services for all your dental needs. And at my second visit I had a tooth pulled. Dr. Matt Asters did a very good job with my tough extraction.I am satisfied with their service.

I have been going to Rowan Family Dentristy for about six months or so now. My experience from day one has been phenomenal. The entire staff from the front office to the back office has been nothing but great! They truly treat everyone who walks through those doors like family. I drive across two countries to receive treatment hear and it is so worth the time and gas. I am overly satisfied with the service that I received here and I plan on being a customer for life. If you need a dentist office to call home.......please try this out for yourself. I can promise you that you will not regret your decision!

Came in and asked for veneers. Can't remember the dentist's name but he was all for giving me veneers. Except he kept calling them crowns which was confusing me. I reiterated that I wanted and was getting veneers and he said yes. Turns out he was lying. I was in the chair and he didn't tell me anything he was doing until he had filed my teeth down as was ready to put on the CROWNS!!! I went to the bathroom and cried. My real teeth were already gone and I had no choice but get the crowns which I learned in that moment is not the same thing as veneers. He did something to my front gums with a laser and they wouldn't stop bleeding. Bled for a year. One of the crowns were crooked and slightly discolored. I originally had a spot on my back molar which he said was nothing. Turns out it was a cavity. I've been too terrified to step back in this place. Not to mention they didn't let me pick out my own crown shape and shade. The lady kept pressuring me to pick what she wanted. I was so young and green during this visit. They stepped all over me and took advantage of me and I gave them money for this service. I'd never been to the dentist before until them. I haven't been to another one since. I'm older and meaner now. Things would've been different if I'd been there for a visit with my present self's attitude and I would have VENEERS not crowns.
