Doesn't take the time to listen to concerns . Doesn't come up with a plan. Makes you feel like you are nothing or not worth his time. Rough hygienist. Had a migraine for a week after (and I don't ever have plaque) I am glad I found another option. After 3 years, I'm taking my family elsewhere!

We go here for routine teeth cleaning, always done well and the dental hygienists are all super sweet.

My son had cavities filled by a traditional dentist and I was not happy with them insisting on using mercury. I took him to Dr. Rousseau and I was very pleased with the care the staff gave us. My son had his cavity filled and you can't even tell it there. Not to mention it only took fifteen minutes!

Fairly annoyed with the experience. I had to get 2 front teeth extracted, and fake ones put in. Fake ones have fallen out from eating 4 times in the last 6 months. Oh forgot to mention these fake teeth made of the cheapest material possible costed over $1200 each. Talk about a scam.

Dr. Rousseau has been our family dentist for about 20 years. We are try grateful to have found this office and to know that we are in good hands.

I went to visit Dr. Rousseau's office for a chipped tooth the Friday before Labor Day weekend. I thought I'd have zero chance of getting in, but a friend who recommended them assured me that I would. Although Dr. Rousseau was unavailable, Quint, one of the techs helped smooth the chipped area provisionally until I could see the Dr. after the holiday. Quint was kind, professional and put me at ease. Unfortunately, the story goes down hill from there. In meeting with Dr. Rousseau, although he was kind, I didn't feel like he was as concerned about my teeth as I was. He did whatever "good enough" was and was content to move on. I called him back two times during the visit to revise his work because the bonding wasn't smooth or even and looked like it was just slapped on my tooth. He was getting busy by this time so I left and went to work. I made an appointment for today (Monday) just in case I needed more revision before I left for a conference I'm presenting at. This was last Thursday and I told myself to get through the weekend to see if I really needed today's appt. I did because the bonding on my tooth was too thick has causing soreness to my upper lip. During my time at the office, I overheard a female staff member make disparaging remarks about me and include her opinion about my care- even though she hasn't been involved in my treatment. I told Quint I heard her speaking to him about me and that I didn't appreciate it. He apologized and we waited for Dr. Rousseau. I had him make the revisions, which again were mediocre at best, and then had to get going to head to the airport. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this office for any further dental work, or inappropriate mistreatment from the staff.

I've been seeing Dr. Rousseau since the fall of 2018. He's great at what he does, he listens, gives you the time needed & cares about your overall health. Dr. Rousseau & all of the staff at the office are very welcoming, polite & understanding. It's a very calm environment. I highly recommend Dr. Rousseau to everyone.

Dr Rousseau and his staff are efficient, courteous, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommended if you need a dentist in the SE Michigan area!
