I have been going to Roup Dental for many years. The girls at the front desk are always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Dr. R. Roup has the best chair side manners, always a pleasure to talk to and very skilled at his procedures. I've never had an issue with their services and I refer them every chance I get. Hardly any wait time. Easy to set an appointment for needed dental work. Really appreciated how quickly I was able to get an appointment!

I'm an adult with braces and have been visiting Dr. Roup's practice for a few years. The tech cleaning my teeth today took a shortcut by not threading the floss underneath the archwire. Disappointed.

The Roup Dental office is always so friendly and comfortable. My dental hygienist Maria is the best. She pays attention to every detail in my mouth, warns when she thinks I may feel pressure or pain. After she is done all my teeth feel so smooth and so do my gums. I appreciate such friendly and professional attention.

I've been a happy patient for several years with Roup Dental. I called yesterday about a minor problem and they were able to see me today. Problem fixed, just like that! And that's just one of the reasons I keep going back. Professional, personable, efficient, and kind. Many thank to Dr. Robert Roup and excellent staff.

Dr. Roup and his team of professionals have taken care of our family's dental care since we moved to Austin 5 years ago! I drive from the other side of town to get quality care that you can't always get on the street corner. Dr. Roup just made a generous donation to my art classroom! Thank you so much Dr. Roup!

I'm sure the multitude of glowing reviews are well-warranted in most cases. But if you're reading those reviews and think "hey, this dentist sounds perfect for me, I'm going to make an appointment!", just know that their earliest appointment is in late February of 2023 (I'm writing this 8/2/22)! Seriously, how hard is it to have your website admin put a small banner on your site stating that your earliest openings are SIX PLUS MONTHS OUT? Or better yet, don't advertise that you're accepting new patients so I'm not playing phone tag with an office that can't help me. Or email me (as I requested, because I can't answer my phone at work) and let me know that it'll be after Valentine's day before I can come in. When I suggested to the receptionist that maybe they shouldn't advertise "accepting new patients" on their website, she said "Oh, well we're still accepting new patients!". Oh. Got it, so you mean people who don't need/want to see a dentist for almost 7 months. My misunderstanding. Overall, not a great impression for people wanting to pay for your services in my opinion.
