Dr. Patton got my 3 remaining wisdom teeth taken out quickly. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they accommodated my request to switch to local anesthesia because I had no one to accompany me for sedation. They also took my insurance and I paid a reasonable amount for their services. Thanks

Lisa answered the phone. I asked her if they happened to do a certain type of procedure and she said rudely back "well this is an oral surgeon, so we obviously do that." And I responded back with "okay... do you take _____ insurance?" And she said "we aren't in direct affiliation with them, so no we don't do that" and I said okay... and as I began to talk she sighed and hung up the phone. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. She needs to be told how to be respectful to people. I'm never going to even bother to go here.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Burchard! My son needed his wisdom teeth removed and the first place we went not only was charging FOUR times as much for the anesthesia, but they also wanted to cut my son's teeth off at the gums, leaving the root intact, because they were so close to a nerve. We got a second opinion from Dr. Burchard who ended up extracting them no problem, saved us $2000 in anesthesia costs, and called us personally from his house to reschedule when weather conditions shut them down. He also called personally to check on my son post-surgery. He is a top notch doctor!

Dr Burchard is an amazing surgeon. I had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted by him. He did a great job explaining the whole procedure and aftercare, the procedure itself went very smooth and I healed super fast with no problem.

Dr. Burchard and his staff are top notch. My daughter needed to have an expose and bond done and Dr. Burchard sat down and explained how it all worked and even had pictures to show me so I could understand what the procedure really looked like. You can tell he is passionate about what he does, which is reassuring when he is going to be performing surgery on your kid. He even called me the evening after her surgery to see how she was doing. It's those little things that sets him apart. I hope I never have to have any kind of oral surgery but if I do, I know where I will be going.

I am really impressed by Dr. Burchard and his staff. Dr. Bruchard takes patient relationship and bedside manners to a whole other level. After the surgery he calls you to check on how you are doing, which I have never seen before. I'm truly impressed by Round Rock Oral Surgery and would rate them 10 stars if I could. Mahalo! Santana

My son recently extracted all 4 of his wisdom teeth. Dr. B and his staff made the end to end process extremely worry free. He and staff were friendly, explained all scenarios, procedure, and financial responsibility. They made the day of a breeze. He even personally called to check up on our son. We would highly recommend Round Rock Oral Surgery.

One word to describe this office is WOW! The staff is extremely friendly and Dr. Burchard is very knowledgeable. I had my wisdom teeth pulled on May 20th and have had zero issues. Dr. Burchard is very caring and even called me the night of my surgery to check in on me. The process and steps were very clear. The ladies in the billing department were extremely helpful in the billing process and went out of their way to make sure I was paying the least amount. Every person I have made contact with has been wonderful. A+.
