Digital X-rays offer a huge advantage in early detection and preventive services. Advanced image manipulation and analysis, for example, allows your doctor to detect early stages of gum disease through recognition of bone level changes, or by evaluating the results against a previous treatment.

An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.

Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

By far the best dentist I've been to. Very professional and friendly. I've had several crowns and an implant and have had good experiences with them all. They really care about making everything look and feel great. Their crowns are made in house so you don't have to wait days for some 3rd party to ship them. For my implant, the process had several stages, which were explained up front, and due to that level of attention, my implant looks great (no purple gums whatsoever that you see from a lot of other implants). Dr. Nguyen and her team did an awesome job! Thanks!

Very RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL PERSONNEL working in their front office. Audrey and Suzette both have been rude since I have tried to schedule an appointment at this office. My biggest complaint is one this office or the personnel refused to provide upfront cost of the oral surgery I was scheduled to have and I was not going to go through with a procedure without being provided upfront costs and verifying with my insurance. WHO WANTS SURPRISE BILLING? Next, you MUST fill out information PRIOR to your appointment with the oral surgeon. Cool, they email over the paperwork. It is not through a DocuSign or similar app that allows the user to sign and send over. As a patient who does not have a printer/fax, I could not fill this information via computer. Again, my previous office did not have this issue it's 2022. Who is sending paperwork to be filled and signed without an application for the client to do so??? I call and let the front office personnel know this and I was told I'd have to come in and fill out the paperwork. The absolute audacity of them to be rude and condescending when I told them I would fill it out and be back AFTER being told the day I wanted to book my appointment was no longer available. I am at the location and AUDREY brings me paper copies to fill out. Mind you from the time I step in she is rude with a blank stare and says these must be filled out prior to us scheduling the appointment. That is fine. But once I'm told there isn't any availability until the next month I ask for the oral surgeons other options so I can see if he has an earlier appointment elsewhere. I decide I will be back. Now, Audrey then tells me to give the BLANK paperwork back that I would need to fill out prior to a future appointment. She does this in a condescending matter and tries to rationalize it because "other patients will need those papers and you aren't scheduling an appointment so you can't take those copies". I came down to this location for this paperwork. It is BLANK. They have an office printer and can print more copies. Just because I'm not scheduling an appointment and will be verifying with other offices if the oral surgeons has a sooner appointment available means I can't take a BLANK copy of a health questionnaire. Absolutely ridiculous. She refused to give me the office managers name and contact information but I'll be back on Monday to file a formal complaint. I cannot believe these front office personnel think they have the authority over patient care and how it should be conducted. I do not see how the doctors allow such unprofessional personnel to represent their office and treat future and existing clients this way.

I made an appointment online on 10/8 for a new patient cleaning. I received a voicemail on 10/19 at 5:30PM stating that they could not verify my insurance and to give the office a phone call. So they sat and waited over a week to tell me they could not verify my insurance. I received an email the next day, 10/20, at 8:45AM stating that because I did not respond with my insurance information and that I scheduled an online appointment as a new patient when I should've scheduled as an existing patient, that they will cancel my appointment. The office closes at 5PM and opens at 8AM on those days, so they gave me 30 minutes of open office time to respond before cancelling my appointment. Additionally, I have been to the Plfugerville location; however, I have never been to the RR location. I called the office and they confirmed that I signed up as a new patient correctly. Due to the time it takes to verify insurance, they could not guarantee it would be verified by my rescheduled appointment for the next day, 10/20, at 8AM. I asked 3x and the receptionist confirmed that she will call me back by COB to confirm whether my insurance has been verified for me to go in for my appointment. It has now been two weeks and I have yet to hear back from the office...

The overwhelming positive reviews led me to choose Round Rock Modern Dentistry for a much-needed root canal. My experience thus far has been impressive, and I'm glad I chose to have my procedures done here. Nelly & the rest of the front office were friendly and knowledgeable, and clearly explained pricing & documents. Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Strong were both kind & highly skilled. Priscilla made sure I was comfortable, explained the procedures, and made sure any questions I had were answered. I'll continue booking appointments here; they're a great team.

I went in and said I wanted an implant done. I was given an estimate of $1700 for an implant and bone graft. Paid for it. Got the work done. I was then told that the actual crown for the implant was another $1500. This was never explained to me. They misled me and I have tried to call and talk to them several times but the office manager is always out and never calls me back. When I said I wanted an implant I thought it included the tooth. Who goes in and just gets the screw put in?.

Honestly really unsure of the rating because of the dental staff, the dentist I met last visit and then Nicole today were absolutely phenomenal, they deserve 5 stars. Incredibly knowledgeable, and you can tell they have your best interest long-term in mind. I was really looking forward to follow-up visits. But after my exchange today with the lead receptionist, I'm unsure. Because the front office always sets the tone for the rest of the visit. Last month, they had a promotion that was a donate $30 dollars and get $100 off dental procedures. I made sure to read through the disclaimers and the maximum was $60 that they would honor for the discount, so I donated. Today when I tried to apply it, I got a bit of push back when I first checked in. Wasn't a big deal, but I was unable to pull my email up since the wifi was slow. So I decided to wait until the end of my visit so I had time to pull up the original email & my receipt confirmation. I absolutely hate conflict, and having worked in customer service, I understand that 90% of the time, the customer is NOT right. So I did my due diligence and showed the receptionist, who may be new? I'm unsure and showed her the disclaimer, my receipt, and she said she'd need to speak to the lead since she wasn't aware of the promo. The lead receptionist was unwilling to budge on the matter, saying the "promo was for last month and it was expired" I would have understood that if it said that in the email. But it didn't say that. And I asked if she could show me where it said it would expire and she refused. So I asked if, in that case, I could be refunded my $60. I could tell she was instantly frustrated with me, so she decided to go through with it. And to clarify, I asked if she was going to do the full $200, since I had done $60, since the disclaimer said it would allow up to $60 for the donation, giving a $200 deduction. I offered to show her my phone where it said that, like I had shown the previous receptionist, and she refused to look. She snapped and told me, "I'm not going to be doing that, because I'm already doing you a courtesy". Following through on a promotion, is not doing a courtesy, it's the bare minimum. I despise conflict and hate having to advocate for myself, and she was being hostile in her tone, so I relented and paid the remainder since I was already running behind for work. Once I got in my car, I double checked my email and lo and behold it says IN THE DISCLAIMER . "Appointment must be booked prior to 10/31/2022". Today is the 13th.

I called them at 914 telling them im right accross the street about to turn. A staff told me that i have to be there at 915, but the staff said i should be okay. I parked in the building at exactly 915 and went inside and the staff AUDREY said she cannot check me in and i have to reschedule. I was coming 45 min away from home. I made it at 915..was on their desk at 916 and i was denied service. Audrey wont consider the 45 minute i drove. No emotion, blank face and inconsiderate facial expression. I spent over 4k for my dental last yr. This is just a 6 months cleaning/ annual xray. But no. Audrey insist i cannot be check in and i have to reschedule. I did not have a problem with the previous staff / company. Until today that Audrey insist that i have to reschedule because i am ONE MINUTE LATE!. If i can give a ZERO STAR to this emplyee, i would!

Just had my crown done recently. I am so satisfying with the service that I received. All of the staff and doctor are so friendly and performing the job with the latest skill and technology that I have ever seen. I got my crown same visit and it's so perfect. No issue,no adjustment needed after. Will always keep the place in mind for next services in the future.

As someone who experiences so much anxiety around going to the dentist, this place truly is helping me get over my fear and gives an experience that's not only not negative, but actively positive. The people working the front desk were helpful and efficient, the x-ray tech made me laugh, as did my dentist. Dr. Nguyen made sure I was comfortable and did her best to be careful with things that make me nervous and checked in on me consistently. Overall a super accommodating place that I happily drive over an hour to visit when I need my cleanings done, because it's a place I can rely on!

Dr. Linh Nguyen and staff are very courteous and caring. I went in for a regular check up and cleaning, and out of pocket costs were clearly explained to me beforehand. This was by far, the best and most careful/gentle cleaning I've had. Office is short staffed due to pandemic but wait time and service were very reasonable!

Dr. Nguyen is truly an expert in the field. Of course by the time you are needing a dentist, it is good to know that someone as experienced and has knowledgable as she is, to you have a safe feeling that you are in good hands. I will be having appointments set up for both of my sons after this visit and continue treatment. Thank you for service you provide and extra attention to detail and care.

After my husband had a positive experience with Round Rock Modern Dentistry, I decided to make an appointment for myself. I was very impressed with the x-ray technology and high quality dental photos. Dr. Nguyen and staff were caring and took their time. I've never been asked before if I was pleased with the results of my teeth cleaning, which I appreciated. Also the prices seem were surprisingly affordable. Great experience!

They are unprofessional!!! Nelly she was in her feelings cause she didn't understand what I replied back to her that she had said, so I laughed a little and after she told me to wait she came back just to tell me I had to pay the full amount at one time even though she already said I have to pay half and then set up a card for the other.. now don't get they have a way you can pay online but like I just said I had to pay in full cause I laughed at her cause she didn't understand what I repeated back to her... smh wow. I can keep going on but just know that place gave me problems from day one... I'm done. I was very patient with them cause they had me waiting for a long period of time in the chair just to put a crown in......

Our family had the worst experience at this place. They gave us a completely different rate to pay after we got the service than the quote originally provided. Advised us to get services unnecessary to our specific needs, failed to advocate for us based on our need. We found their services unprofessional and not trustworthy.

Never seen that much unskilled staff. These people don't know how to verify insurance information and calling and asking to e-check-in from the day make the appointment. Train these front desk people or replace with the proficient staff. For the ppl searching desists around round rock: This is not the place for your dental appointments. Don't waste time setup appointments and waste your time in automated calls. Call your insurance and get the top ranked dentists, Not the place like this.
