The best dental experience ever! Dr Forgerty, Alyssa, Erin and McKenzie were great! I brought my 10 mo old and he started getting fussy so the team stepped in and helped keep him calm until my fillings were done! The care and love for their patients is something rare.

I have needed urgent care twice since coming to this office and have never been disappointed. Dr Fogarty is competent, caring, and able to ascertain my problem quickly and explain clearly the how and why of my treatment. I feel fortunate to have found this office. I cannot forget to include the front scheduling office in my appreciation as well. This is a top notch place!

Cleaning with Ally was great. Was treated with great care. Ally is probably one the better hygienist I've experienced. And believe me I have had many dental cleanings. Ally is just super!

This office is everything you could want in terms of communication. Email, phone - it's wonderful. They also listen to you and address your concerns. I had an issue during my service and they so kindly and respectfully addressed it. Also their communication about insurance is great. Unfortunately they can't take my insurance for the time being but they notified me right away. I'm not sure I've ever had that happen before. I hope they can figure out the issue so I can go back.

Dr. Hoffman was excellent. He is carring, understanding and very easy to talk too. He takes the time needed to understand your dental needs. His is the first Dentist since I have moved to Austin who showed he cares about me as a patient. The office staff is pleasant and attentive. I would give the 10 stars if I could. Great Dentist Office.

Even though they had several changes in doctors, we still remained faithful clients until the day I was told that they would contact my insurance to be sure they will cover my daughters regular cleaning visit and never updated me on the insurance response. I offered to contact my insurance, they told me "no need to, we will contact them for you". I gave them instructions to inform me if my insurance will NOT cover the visit. Since no one from the Dental office called, my daughter went ahead with the regular cleaning. Upon checkout, I was told that nothing will be covered by insurance and I had to pay the entire visit out-of-pocket. Furthermore, the nasty attitude at the front desk was, "you should have contacted your insurance yourself." We never returned. They lost our entire family's business. No one should be surprised about a bill. Billing should be discussed prior to services rendered especially if you expect the customer to pay out-of-pocket!

I had been a patient of Dr. Conquest's for decades...since his retirement, I now am under the care of Dr. Adams...had a cosmetic procedure today...thank you Dr. Adams and your assistant! It was painless and extremely professional. Dental work stinks...let's be honest. But RR Dental is awesome. Again, thank you.

I have been going to Dr Hoffman for over 20 years. My experience yesterday is the best example of caring I can share. Dr H was booked but I was able to get late spot of another doc. Dr Z was excellent and had me down the path but as soon as Dr H finished his last patient he came over and took care of me. How many doctors will stay after hours to help a patient. Normally I'd be quick to say zero, but dare I say two cause that's what I got at Round Rock Dental yesterday.

I love my hygienist, Erin. They are always on time, caring & makes sure I am comfortable since I hate going to the dentist. I had Dr. Adams today who was new to me and he was super nice. Overall just a great place to take care of your teeth!

My whole family goes here. Very helpful and friendly staff and the hygienists and dentists are top notch! Highly recommended.
