Dr.Rashmi Indrakanti, DMD, graduated from The University of Medicine and Dentistry at New Jersey (UMDNJ), currently practicing all phases of General Dentistry. She achieved high excellence in academics and was honored on the Deans List.
Due to her dedicated efforts in clinical work she received Dr. Anthony R. Volpe Colgate - Palmolive Award for Excellence in Periodontics. She was selected to be one among the Gold Club to practice Gold Restorations including Inlays, Onlays and Foils. Prior to her DMD degree, she received Bachelors Degree in Dental Surgery from India and practiced Dentistry for 3 years before aiming for DMD.
Dr. Indrakanti believes in making patients feel at home while providing quality Dentistry with utmost care. She is very confident in Practicing Dentistry for all age groups from Pediatrics through Geriatrics and always welcomes new patients. She takes pride in educating the patients about oral and overall health and emphasis on individualized treatment. She keeps herself updated with the dental advancements by participating in the continuing education.
Dr. Indrakanti enjoys family life with her husband who is an Engineer and two wonderful kids. With the family she likes to explore the outside adventures, taking long drives and site visits. When at home, Dr. Indrakanti spends a little time trying new recipes from authentic Indian to Indo-American fusion.

today I went to the dentist office, I have a little problem with one of my tooth. Thanks to the doctor. She took care at me. I was so happy with all the staff from that location. They are great. The doctor explained everything to me...step by step in my my situation. Really I love it. It was my first time in that office,but they have me back to them. Very professional and friendly.

My teenage son was pretty nervous about having to get a few fillings walking in. The staff did a wonderful job helping him feel calm and safe by walking him through the steps as they went along. I'm so very grateful for the positive experience at Comfort Dentistry!!

I have ptsd from past dental experiences, so it had been a while before I saw a dentist. Dr. Akanti was very kind, knowledgeable, honest and very humble, which is rare to see. She always made eye contact and assured me she would take care of me. During my dental work, she always made sure I was doing fine. Very glad I went there.

Went to this dentist around a year ago because I had a cracked tooth. They ended up ordering a crown to replace it, but it wasn't measured correctly so I had to wait an extra week or two to get it fit, and when they finally installed the crown they ended up grinding down my teeth so much on my left side that it left my bite misaligned. I voiced my concerns to the dentist and she said it was fine, but here I am having jaw issues and looking for a new dentist to hopefully correct the issue. They were nice and accommodating, but I wouldn't recommend them.

This is now my 2nd 5 star review. This time it is for Dr. Alapati. This was my first interaction with her and my sons 1st cavity filling. He has a little ptsd from some past experiences and let me tell you.... after some initial anxiety and tears Dr. Alapati really stepped up to the plate. Not only was she thorough and kind, but extremely gentle and patient. She treated the situation like my son was her own. The procedure ended up going quickly and pain free. She made sure that my son was comfortable and made sure he knew that at any moment he could raise his hand to have her stop. The confidence this experience gave my son is paramount for any future work he may need, and for her it was just another day in the office. This truly was more than just a filling, it was a game changer. THANK YOU SO MUCH DR. ALAPATI!!

They don't make your dentures when they say. I had went in one time and they sent me home because the lab they work with messed up. I have been waiting three weeks for my dentures and partials that was supposed to be there a week ago. So for my Thanksgiving I will be without my dentures and partial.

Dr. Rashmi has been a great doctor. She has never recommended any unnecessary procedures and always gives you straight forward honest answers. The ladies in the front were very helpful as well by informing me about dental insurance they accept so that I would be able to save money on future procedures and check ups which was awesome! Because of them, I have been able to save a ton of money ($1,280 to be exact) from multiple procedures I needed. I will definitely continue coming here.
