Dr. Laura Duhring is a native of Round Hill, Virginia! She attended the University of Pittsburgh for her undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences. Following college, she returned to Virginia to attend Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry where she earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2016. While at VCU, she served as a lead coordinator for Missions of Mercy, a dental service organization providing free dental care to low-income residents of Virginia, completed a selective course in Endodontics and an elective mentorship in Oral Medicine. Following dental school, she moved to San Antonio to complete a rigorous and comprehensive 2-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at one of the most sought-after residency programs in the country.

During this time, Dr. Duhring focused on training in advanced dental techniques including: implant dentistry, IV moderate sedation, oral surgery (including wisdom teeth extractions), endodontics (root canal procedures) , esthetic dentistry, digital dentistry, and much more.

Dr. Duhring is a member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. She has a passion for serving others through dentistry, having participated in many local mission projects as well as international medical mission trips to Honduras, Jamaica, and Guatemala.

Dr. Duhring and her husband John attended Loudoun Valley High School together and were married in 2012. They have a son, Brooks, and a second child on the way! Together they enjoy traveling, being active outdoors, and spending time with their family now that they are back in Virginia.

Dr. Duhring is dedicated to delivering the highest quality dental care while maintaining patient comfort as her top priority. She is very excited to treat and serve you as the new owner of Round Hill Smile Design.

Dr. Grady has practiced dentistry in Loudoun County since 1994. In 2008 he opened Round Hill Smile Design focusing on exceptional care in an intimate, spa like environment, with an emphasis on aesthetic dentistry.

Dr. Grady was born in Hartford Connecticut and was raised in Fairfax County Virginia. He pursued his undergraduate degree at James Madison University. Dr. Grady went on to receive his dental degree from VCU School of Dentistry in Richmond Virginia where he was awarded the best in his class in crowns and bridges, inducted into an academic honorary society for life, and in the top 5% of his graduating class.

Dr. Grady was accepted in to the Advanced Education in Dentistry residency program at UMKC where he was one of the 8 students from around the country to study and complete this hands-on training program in all phases of dentistry. He was granted full privileges at Loudoun Hospital from 1994-1998 where he actively promoted oral health and took emergency trauma dental calls.

Dr. Grady proudly worked as Assistant Clinical Professor at the VCU School of Dentistry for a number of years. He has also taken numerous academic and hands on classes that far exceeded the minimum requirements. He has learned from the premiere cosmetic dentists and takes great pride in his conservative approach to aesthetic dentistry.

Dr. Grady has served as a volunteer for the Loudoun County Health Department, providing free dental care to those in need. He donates his dentistry, time, and financial support to our veterans, local charities, food drives, and provides academic scholarships for both Woodgrove and Loudoun Valley High School students each year.

Molly came to round Hill Smile Design in 2015 and has been here in different capacities over the years. She enjoys helping to make sure that patients are having a quality experience in our office. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family which includes 5 wonderful daughters and 4 awesome bonus step kids, and two dogs!

Claudette is a Registered Dental Hygienist at our office. She is a graduate of NVCC. Claudette has been working in dentistry for 30 years. She has been working at Round Hill Smile Design for over 3 years. Claudette enjoys getting to know her patients and cares about helping them maintain good oral health. When not working, Claudette is very passionate about helping animals. She works with a local animal rescue by fostering animals looking for their forever homes. She also enjoys spending as much time as she can with family and friends.

Our office in Round Hill is elegantly appointed and includes a tranquil reception area with a fireplace, wood floors, and cozy chairsalthough you wont be kept waiting. Our surroundings are serene, we have a refreshment bar, and many of our patients receive lip moisturizers during their treatment. Our treatment rooms are clean, private and spacious with many special touches. Youll appreciate our pillows, blankets and heated massage chairs. Plus, youll be treated to warm, steamed facecloths to freshen up with after your visit with us. You can also choose to listen to our iPOD with our Bose noise canceling headphones while your receive ourservices.

Dr. Duhring and Dr. Grady, along with their team of dental professionals, are known for being helpful and considerate and aregreat with even the most anxious patients.
