I even think they erased my positive review that I did long time ago because the one now is horribly bad, after requested many times to got FMLA paperwork for my extractions that I had to be off from work 4 or more days, that lady in front desk were sooo rude and non understanding at all . All I got was an excuse after begging and begging almost get suspended from my job, that lady should not be working attending customers. Very bad customer service. I could give zero stars I will.

I made an appt online the night before and received an email which showed the day and time for the appt. Apparently it was only a request for that appt and that they would call me to confirm. Well I showed up at 10:30 to fill out forms and no one had called to confirm the appt for 11am. The email was very confusing to me. I thought It was a confirmation. OK, my bad. But no one had called me by 10:30 when I was already at the office. Then came the kicker. The website clearly states that they take Medicaid, which is why I went in the first place. She said they don't except Medicaid at all. What a waste of my Saturday, and I also consider it false advertising! The girls were nice, but it was so frustrating and humiliating to go through. I have no idea how good the Dentists are because I never saw them. They should not post what is on their website if it isn't true. I will be reporting them to HHS. What a lousy experience!

My experience with them was very poor. They failed to properly communication all the work that was needed to fix my teeth leading me to be in pain. They ignored me when I told them my teeth were hurting and said they should not be while doing fillings. I will not be back.

Came here a couple of weekends ago and it was really nice. The girls at the front desk were nice. The dental technician was super nice and friendly as well as Dr. James. I will definitely be back and glad to say this is now my primary dental office.

I have been with Dr sharmila shrestha ever since i came to Texas. I got Dr sharmila name by my Dentist in New York before i came to TX. As everyone i am also scare to go dentist. I have lot of complication on my teeth but Dr Sharmila make me comfortable and helped my teeth get better. Thank you Dr Sharmila.

This is the first dentist office I've been to since I've moved. It is also the first time I've been on my own insurance. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The receptionist helped me better understand what my insurance covered. Dr. James is great! She's professional and friendly. I am happy I found a dentist that is so personable. Thank you!

The staff and Dr. Rani are always so great and kind. Dr. Rani is very professional and thorough and always makes you feel very comfortable. They've always taken very good care of me and advised me very well on how to take care of my teeth.

This dentist office is the BEST !!! Dr.James is very caring will sit you down tell you your Options and she is so gentle with you .Elizabeth her Assistant was very sweet with me she knew I was nervous and calm me down . I didn't even have pain with 3 teeth pulled. Lila in the front desk is very nice also you have to try this place at least once you will never go to another Dentist again

Dr. Shrestha is an excellent dentist. She has been our family dentist for last 10 years. She is highly skilled, professional and very kind.
