Easy to schedule, super friendly, on time, thorough cleaning, dentist thoroughly walked me through everything that was detected. We've had to change dentists multiple times for insurance purposes and this was a very smooth and positive first experience. Definitely recommend.

I highly recommend Dr Rouchon to anyone needing a dentist. Very professional, courteous, patient and will explain in detail your procedure prior to beginning. His staff is also amazing, knowledgeable, professional and eager to make the patient feel as comfortable as possible. From someone who use to get anxiety just thinking about the dentist I've found a gem in Dr Rouchon and his staff. Additionally, I can't complete this review without speaking about the office environment very comfortable, clean with a nice view

Our dental service has been excellent. Dr Rouchon is very pleasant and carefully explains options for dealing with challenging dental situations. In our case my child broke two front teeth playing sports. Dr. Rouchon has successfully coordinated with the various specialists (e.g., endo, ortho, etc). While we are still in the stages of this process, I feel assured that we're well on our way to complete restoration.

Dr. Rouchon and his staff are amazing! I came in for an urgent visit due to severe pain. Dr. Rouchon and his staff were able to get me into the schedule and were efficient in making the appropriate diagnosis and next steps. I was referred to a colleague of Dr. Rouchon's and by the time I made it to that office all of my paperwork and information were already there for an expedient visit. Two hours after entering Dr. Rouchon's office I received a diagnosis, intervention and full resolution of my symptoms. I'm so grateful for the professionalism and knowledge of this group.

Do not trust this practice. They provide false information regarding insurance partnership and will try to make the patient pay the difference. Their lack of transparency speaks to the level of their professionalism.

This practice is great on so many levels! I have the worst teeth and recently had to find a new practice after my former dentist stopped working with Delta Dental Instance. Dr. Rouchon is wonderful! He takes his time and is very thorough. He explains everything he is doing and encourages questions. He is also very gentle when working. I have horribly sensitive teeth but had no issues when he worked on my them or during my cleaning and exam. Debby, the office manager, is amazing! I talked with her so much during our transition to their practice. She is very sweet, incredibly patient and helpful! Jasmine is also very nice! One thing I alway hated was getting x-rays but she was also very gentle and quick! The entire staff take COVID safety very seriously. They want to make sure you feel comfortable and safe which I truly appreciate! My husband is a patient of this practice as well and loves it just as much as I do! Thank you all! So happy to have found this group!

Great experience! Practice is new and clean with a boutique family feel. The staff was welcoming and my appointment started on time. Dr. Rouchon is kind and competent. He performed my cleaning himself which was thorough and painless. He walked me through my x-rays and procedure in detail. Highly recommend it!

I want to be clear and concise about my experience with this dental office. When making an appointment they were courteous and professional on the phone. Once the appointment was set, they gave me clear instructions of what to expect next and what to do. They were proactive in reminding me about my appointment. On the day of the appointment, they sent me forms that needed to be filled before arrival. Upon arrival, they had me fill out more forms, all standard stuff. But what was interesting was their method - they sent me a link so that I could fill itt out on my phone. Super simple and quick. The staff was friendly and professional. Dr Rouchan was very pleasant. He explained everything he was going to do before getting started and allowed me to ask any questions that I had. Throughout the time in the chair, he and his assistant would pause to ask if I was OK. After completion, he again allowed me to ask any questions. Very positive experience!! I will most certainly be a return customer/patient, and I suggest that anyone reading this do the same.
