Rothman and Kim treat a wide variety of dental and facial problems, including wisdom teeth, temporomandibular disorders (TMD), temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMJ), cysts and tumors of the jaws, traumatic injuries to the face, and issues with snoring and sleep apnea.
Dr.Bernard Rothman maintained a private practice in oral and maxillofacial surgery for 44 years, taught at the Dental Schools of Temple University and the University of Pennsylvania, served as President of the Eastern Dental Society, and for over 20 years chaired the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Division of the Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. Extensively involved in the Jewish community, Dr Rothman was an active member of the Alpha Omega International Dental Fraternity, serving as local chapter president, international officer, and treasurer of the Alpha Omega Foundation in the United States.Although Dr Rothman retired in 2000, He still teaches students on occasion.
In May of 2011 Dr Marc Rothman Expressing a sons love and admiration, the state-of-the-art Bernard N. Rothman DDS Oral and Maxillofacial Surgical Suite was inaugurated at the Niznick Faculty Clinic of Tel Aviv Universitys Goldschleger School of Dental Medicine. The suite was dedicated by Dr. Rothmans children, family, friends and colleagues to honor a career of kindness, compassion, and generosity.

I had an infected molar extracted two days ago by Dr.Rothman. I feel great and would rate my experience as excellent. The office called me to check on my post extraction issues. I wish this practice had a six star rating!

After my daughter had her wisdom teeth removed and I got her home she started showing signs of effects from the sedation and when I called then they were very concerned and advised to have her check out in the hospital. While I was there at the hospital they called me 3 times just to follow up and her and to see how she was doing and feeling. Great staff and the caring they showed was phenomenal. Would highly recommend them for all oral procedures.

Dr. Rothman and staff are very professional and I felt safe in their very competent hands. My daughter also had her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Kim and she was the one who recommended this practice to me. I, in turn, already recommended them to a friend as well.

It was my first visit at the oral surgeon here and it went so smoothly! I was in and out. Dr. Rothman addressed all the questions that I had about my wisdom teeth and he reassured me that I was going to be in good hands. It was a positive and not a very stressful appointment even though I learned that I needed all 4 of my wisdom teeth out. Their professionalism was great as well. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Rothman and Dr. Kim took good care of me as well as my wife for needed tooth extractions and implants. Both doctors are friendly and professional and very experienced. The procedures were clearly explained in advance and the treatment was excellent, with an eye towards making the process as painless as possible.

I wanted to share my experience I had with Dr. Rothman and staff. I recently needed to get my wisdom teeth removed. I'm 54 years old and haven't even had a cavity, so to hear that I have an impacted wisdom tooth, that is infected and sitting on a nerve, and needs to come out ASAP, I was very nervous. From the beginning, Dr. Rothman and his staff especially Barbara were so supportive and reassuring. They were able to fit me into a tight schedule, due to the seriousness of my infection, and kept in touch with me throughout the process. My emails were always answered in a timely fashion and no questions I had went unanswered. Dr. Rothman was so understanding and patient, visiting with me right before I went into the OR. I can say that I felt completely at ease. Without a doubt, I would recommend this office and doctor for any of your dental needs. I'm one week post-op, minus my wisdom teeth, and doing better than could be expected. Thank you to Dr. Rothman, his staff and Barbara for taking such good care of me!!

I had the best experience with Dr. Rothman last week. I was dealing with the absolute worst pain I had ever experienced due to two teeth needing to come out & luckily the lady at the front desk (I'm so bad with names) was so kind and rescheduled me to come in alot sooner. Dr. Rothman had me in and out with no problem. Im so grateful! Thank you again

My surgery for a dental implant had been delayed by over a year due to the pandemic. Dr. Kim picked up the case right where he left off. The implant was done very quickly and painlessly. Due to swelling the next day, I was concerned there was an issue with the implant. Dr. Kim came in on his day off after a FaceTime consultation. He was able to quickly identify that the implant was where it needed to be and the swelling was normal. Dr. Kim was extremely professional and it is clear that he cares about his patients. I was unhappy that I needlessly inconvenienced him and he could not have been more gracious given the situation. We both were very happy that it was a false alarm. He is an excellent surgeon and an extremely nice man. Recommend him without any reservation!! He is the best!

I had a great experience with Rothman and Kim. I was referred here by my dentist of over 10 years for a wisdom tooth extraction. My consultation was very informative. Dr Rothman showed me exactly how the procedure would go as well as how to prepare the day before. On the day of my surgery, the assistants constantly came in to reassure me and engage in small talk to keep my mind off of it. Dr. Rothman also got the IV in my arm on the first try which was great! Everything went quickly and smoothly. I really appreciate the assistant Barbara who had to deal with my tears from "anesthesia blues" afterwards! She listened to all the the crazy things I had to say while I was coming down from the anesthesia. She even found me a cute donut bandaid, since I kept stressing that I needed a sticker lol I was not in any extreme pain as I healed. Overall I am impressed not only with the kind and attentive staff, but also the cleanliness and professionalism of Rothman and Kim. I will be referring them to my friends and family.
