Originally from the Lehigh Valley, Dr. Rother settled in the Cumberland Valley with his family and quickly became one of CentralPennsylvanias leading dentists. In 2016, Rother was nationally recognized as a Top 40 Dentist Under 40 by theIncisal EdgeMagazine, a nation-wide industry publication. As a Partner of the Verber Dental Group, Rother is proud to provide his extraordinary care to patients of Central Pennsylvania for years to come.
Dr. Rother completed his Bachelors of Science degree in Biology at the Pennsylvania State University with a concentration in Vertebrate Physiology. While in State College, Dr. Rother was active with the Eberly College of Science Admissions Team, as well as serving as President of the Penn State Pre-Dental Society, where heleada team of fellow Pre-Dental students to Monte Cristi, Dominican Republic, to volunteer at local dental clinics.
After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Penn State, Dr. Rother enrolled in dental school at Temple University in Philadelphia. In addition to acquiring his clinical skills in Endodontics, Oral surgery, Invisalign, and Restorative Dentistry, Dr. Rother maintained membership in the American Student Dental Association and Xi Psi Phi Dental Fraternity. Dr. Rother finished his Doctorate in Dental Medicine in the spring of 2014, and proudly graduated Cum Laude.
Dr. Rother proudly holds membership in the Dawson Academy, and contributes regularly the the CentralPennsylvania Dawson Study Club. In addition to his dedication to Complete Dentistry, Rother is active with theCrown Council, the American Dental Association, the Pennsylvania Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry and the Pennsylvania Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Rother and his wife, Erin, are always looking for day trips and adventures to experience with their daughters, Leah, Elizabeth, and their Yellow Labrador Retriever, Cali. Dr. Rother and his family live for Penn State football in the fall, ski in the winter, and golf throughout the summer. After serving patients, Dr. Rother looks forward to a quick run in the neighborhood or a hike on the trail with Cali.
She graduated Summa Cum Laude from UGA in 2010 with a Bachelors Degree in Biology.In May of 2015, she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA.
Upon graduating from dental school, she made it full circle back to Pennsylvania by accepting a residency position at York Hospital. Dr. Kaplan completed her one-year General Practice Residency in 2016 and has been working in Private Practice ever since.
She is a member of the American Dental Association, Pennsylvania Dental Association, and Vice President of the York County Dental Society. She enjoys treating patients of all ages and is excited to provide compassionate, complete care at Rother Dental!
Dr. Niveda Vadalia grew up in the small town of Shrewsbury, MA after moving from India with her family at an early age. She quickly immersed herself in the arts from a young age, training in Carnatic (Indian classical) music starting at the age of 6 and Bharatanatyam (Indian classical dance) at the age of 12.
Dr. Vadaliaalways found a passion for working with her hands and getting creative, which led her on a path to working as a bridal henna artist, digital artist, and dabbling in painting. It was only natural that when it came to choosing a career, that she chose dentistry because it allows her to work with her hands every day, creating art that helps her patients improve their quality of life.
Dr. Vadalia attended dental school in Denver, CO where she also enjoyed being surrounded by family, hiking, and the most gorgeous views. She completed dental school at the University of Colorado School of dental medicine, and has continued to establish a solid foundation in dentistry, and has a continued love for learning.

Had tooth pain and went in to get it taken care of. I was a new patient and they were able to get me in within three days. The dentist was nice and knowledgeable and very relaxed. All the techs were helpful and gentle. I ended up getting the tooth pulled and didn't feel anything at all. Probably one of the best experiences at the dentist I could of had.

Love this practice!! They are very accomidating with scheduling. Front end receptionists are always friendly and the gal that I speak to on the phone is always very nice too!! So glad we found this place!!

What a great dentist!! They are always accommodating with their scheduling. The front desk girls always have a smile on their faces and are very nice. I've always had a pleasant experience with the dentists at this office. Considering it is a dentist's office, I've been informed of my problem, possible course of treatment, and the ability to choose the treatment path with no pressure. Beautiful clinic and very pleasant and welcoming front staff. Hygienist Christina is amazing and so was doctor Mohrfeld. Spent a lot of time showing me my X-rays and in cleaning. Would recommend highly.

I was really scared and flinched at first. They made my dental emergency much easier and the price wasn't bad for the amount of work they had to do. They gave me a care sheet so I knew how to properly care for my tooth (or lack there of) 10/10
