It was a wonderful experience the assistance was very helpful to calming down my 6 year old who had hard time with the x-rays and had a hearty conversation with my teenager while cleaning her teeth

As a first time parent of my child, the ease of scheduling the appointment online was simple. I appreciate that a call was made to confirm appointment. However I completed the forms online prior to the visit, and was asked to complete them again, which was time consuming. Once at the clinic, the office was beautiful and inviting. Sadly, I noticed that a sign that was not originally placed at the check in counter was posted regarding "violent behavior". I honestly felt uncomfortable as a black woman, while waiting for my daughter after seeing the signage go up and the glass closed. I'm not sure if the clinic has had recent incidents, or the staff have unaddressed prejudices that provoked the sign suddenly being displayed.

P.S. I wasn't going to post this review because I didn't want to give not even a 1/4 of a star. I've been coming to this location for well-over 5 years and my recent expierence will be my last. This place is ran by a new management and I am very confused to where they found these people at.... I brought my 6 year old daughter to get her loose tooth removed the other day. & lets just say I spent 3 HOURS WAITING, just for the dentist lady to come out & tell me that she cant remove my daughters teeth, because my daughter didnt "let her".... What kind of excuse is this? These are supposed to be people who are trained to work with children on a daily basis. Telling me you can't remove my child's teeth because they didnt "let you" is unacceptable. Ive bought 2 of my other kids here over the years and never have I heard such an excuse or had this kind of problem. I will no longer be coming back to this place, this company has lost my business as far as I'm concerned. Whoever she is needs to go back to training, or get fired. If she didn't know how to take out that tooth , she shoulda just said that. Not have us wait for 3 hours for absolutely nothing. Please put some new job positing up because that staff needs it.

I wish I could give them 0. Rude, unprofessional and pricey. They are not at all clear about their charges and put you with so much amount on name of out of pocket. Their work is not effective for a long time either. I will never suggest this practice to anyone.

Great pediatric dentist. Everyone was very kind and patient with my daughter, as she was scared for her first appointment.

My children both had cleaning appts in June 2022. An hour later they came out and the assistant said my son has four cavities and my daughter had two cavities. They encouraged me to schedule but I declined because that they had recently seen my former employer which is a great dentist for a cleaning. (Yes, I've worked in dentistry for 25 yrs) After several emails and calls requesting my children's x-rays, they never responded or sent the x-rays. My children are a little older so they have a sense of time. I inquired on how long their cleanings took, they both said about 5-10 mins. That's not adequate time to do a proper cleaning, especially if your child has all his permanent teeth. I decided to take them back for a second opinion. Low and behold my son had no cavities and my daughter had one cavity but not on the same tooth which was initially recommended for restoration. My children's new dentist provided me with intra-oral pictures and x-rays which clearly showed there was no decay in those areas. I say this to warn parents that may not know and simply trust this new dentist that started at this location. Get a second opinion or make them show you where the cavities or problems are. Don't just trust them because they're (she's ) wearing a white coat.

Katherine, at the front desk, is amazing! She greeted me with a smile and gave the best customer service. Also, the hygienist explained everything and wanted to ensure I felt comfortable and was clear on the next steps for my children. Great experience!

One of the worst establishments to visit or even work for mainly because it's ran by the most un honest group of individuals I know . They are barley in the office to over see anything . .. They don't value anything but the money you can bring them . So why would you trust your child with anything that has to do with this company . The billing department Will lie to you for numerous reasons . Withhold information only because there is a disagreement . Talk bad about employees and treat them as nothing more than a body , don't get me wrong the Drs that work for them are AMAZING however when the head of the company and the people in higher position are so wicked they can only do so much .I could go on and on about the rude and disrespectful values this company is ok with . I hate to be the one to rant like this .. but I figured everyone should get my honest Google review on this company .

My boys have been going to Roswell Pediatric Dentistry forever. They always have great experiences here. Katherine at the front desk is always so helpful! They give great preventative information and make sure the kids understand what they must do to keep healthy teeth!

Place needs cleaning, rooms are dusty and clean the area where kids play. Remove sharp objects on wall that are not needed by the TV so a child not get injured.

I wish zero stars were an option. This is the only dentist we have used for my daughters who are now 14. One of my daughters had a trampoline accident a few years back and had to have a root canal. She has extreme dental anxiety and we ended up having to put her under general anesthesia for it. For the past year and a half to two years this dental practice has been stating that we should have those two teeth crowned. I have been waiting hoping that her dental anxiety would lessen as she got older but that's not been the case. About a month ago I called and scheduled the appointment to have get the crowns. I made sure to reiterate her dental anxiety when I made this appointment. Yesterday I called to remind them of her dental anxiety and ask if they had any suggestions to ease it and they did not. I took a day off of work and made plans for some fun activities for us before the appointment hoping to take her mind off of the anxiety. One hour and 15 minutes prior to our appointment I received a voicemail from them stating that after reviewing her x-rays they realized that the two teeth that needed to be crowned were permanent teeth and that they could not do that I would need to go to a general dentist. Needless to say I was infuriated my daughter had worked at her courage for this appointment and an hour and 15 minutes before they advised they can't do it. I called and spoke to the office manager Lee and ask why this could've happened. She stated that My daughters record reflected that the recommendation for this procedure was to be done in their Milton office. I asked why I was not scheduled in the Milton office and she gave me a very flippant I'm not sure. I then explained I would be taking my business elsewhere to another dentist and she very smugly said, "That sounds fine." If you want to go to a dentist that respects your business your time and your trust stay far away.

Deceptive Billing Practice. We've used this practice for a few years. Be prepared to be blindsided with charges that are typically not covered by insurance. They don't give you a heads up on whats covered and whats not. You'll just get a bill from their office after several months or so with a "BALANCE DUE" line item. There will be no breakdown of the charges and you'll have to call the office several times for them to provide a breakout of the charges. Every time I took my kids, I explicitly stated that there shouldn't be any extra services that are not covered by the insurance (e.g. fluoride). In 2021 I received an invoice for several hundred dollars and majority of the charges were for dental x-rays and fluoride treatments going back several years. Point to note, they don't allow you to be with your kids when they are having their teeth cleaned so there is no way for you to find out if any of these services are actually being performed. Worse yet, they have an in-house orthodontic practice and will steer you to have expensive brace-work done on five year old. That was the breaking point for us. We've realized that we don't need a "pediatric" dentist for regular cleaning and checkup. Our family dentist is doing an awesome job just fine....

Easy check in, Friendly staff and informative. Been coming here for 5+ years which has included a variety of treatments for my 2 kids. Both now have braces and cleaning has been great.

They have the worst policy so if you have an appointment and you call at least a day in advance they still charge , even if your child is sick or has an emergency that came up. This place only cares about $$ , so imagine how the instruments are . The doctors are amazing :) they get a 10
