Dr. Nguyen grew up with a close friend whose father was a dental lab technician. Dr. Nguyen loved to watch him work; the complex equipment, the carefully-assembled instruments, and the detailed processes of teeth fabrication were fascinating to him. One time, his friend's father gave the boys some alginate and plaster and taught them how to duplicate a dental model. Dr. Nguyen's first cast came out missing a few teeth, but he had so much fun that he knew a career in the dental field was in his future.
After high school, Dr, Nguyen graduated from UCLA with a major in biochemistry, then went on to complete his DMD degree at the Boston University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Nguyen has a passion for providing quality, detail-oriented dentistry with a gentle touch. He also has exceptional clinical skills and is adept in crafting natural-looking restorations, especially removable prosthetics such as dentures and partial dentures. By offering these services right here in his Seal Beach dental office, he is able to save his patients valuable time and money. After more than 10 years in the dental field, Dr. Nguyen still loves what he does and enjoys it more and more each day.
Dr. Nguyen is married to his beautiful wife and has two fun boys. When he's not at the office, you'll find him riding his bike, taking a walk with the kids, or playing music (piano, guitar, and harmonica) with his brother and mother. I was looking for a new dentist in my area and saw this practice accepted my insurance and were accepting new patients. From just calling the office, to filling out paperwork, to my actual visit...they actually CARE about you! AND they have TVs in the treatment rooms to ease your mind! All the techs were amazing and the Doctor was the sweetest! Highly recommend this office. Telling everyone!

You guys...Dr Nguyen is so good that I fly out from Colorado to see him! He fixed a shoddy filling (from another dentist) and has been doing an amazing job on my teeth ever since! His staff is also wonderful and kind. I especially love that they have never, ever tried to upsell me on anything or pressure me into any procedures. It's a very relaxed atmosphere.

I appreciate this dentist office. First they have gotten my husband to regularly go to the dentist. Second they were willing to fit my father in to a full schedule for an emergency visit on a Saturday eventeven he was not a current patient. My father's own dentist would not do the same because their schedule was full on a Saturday. They were even willing to tell him how to deal with the pain in the mean timeptime. Professionalism of the office manager is appreciated. In general I would think this should be normal operations of a dentist office, but compared to the other dentist they shined.

One of a kind! When I tell my friends and colleagues that I've got a great dentist, many reply that they have a "pretty good" one to. I tell them, "maybe so, but mine is "great" and I'll put him up against any other dentist you can find". I am not too proud to say that before finding Dr. Vu five years ago, it had been 15 years since anybody could get me to go to the dentist. Call me "chicken" but I've always had a problem with other people using power tools inside my head. From the moment he greets you until you get out of the chair, it is very clear that patient comfort is his number one concern. He is also incredibly focused on the "task at hand". With the exception of a couple minutes to let the Novocain take effect, Dr. Vu has not left my side throughout any procedure. He takes the time to explain the procedure in detail before beginning. He also asks and answers any questions relevant to the visit. The office is very clean and well-equipped with obvious attention to customer satisfaction. The staff is also very friendly and must realize they are privileged to work for such an exceptional Dentist. If there were such a thing as a "Master" dentist, Dr. Vu would be at the top of the list.

Dishonest about fees , and suddenly staff walks in asking me to sign for a consultation , which I didn't want and didn't get . Staff quibbled when asked if they could roll the consultation fee into the procedure . Dentist is very friendly and apparently does very good work though .

BEST DENTIST EVER! They care so much about you and your teeth!! Highly recommend!! The first time a dentist used the inside mouth cover for a filling because he was concerned about spreading bacteria!

We came to this dentist because it was local. We were so happy we made the change and left our former dentist because this dentist is the best! When making appointments they are very prompt, friendly and accommodating. From the moment you check in at the front desk to the time you leave they keep you at ease. I love it! I hope they stay around for a long time.
