Dr. Sosa is an awesome dentist! She is thorough and kind. My 5 yo is so fearful of any medical office but Dr. Soda walked her through everything so well and my daughter did so well! Her staff is amazing as well!

We love Dr. Sosa. She is really patient with my daughter. My daughter has been seeing Dr. Sosa since she was 4. Her treatments have all gone so well. My daughter looks forward to her checkups.

Dr Sosa is amazing with kids, they always look forward to their appointments which is rare in little kids. Would recommend 10/10 times!

Dr. Sossa is friendly, competent and extremely efficient. In the 13 years we've been with Dr. Sousa, I think we've had to wait just once. She makes her patients feel comfortable and communicates well with parents.

The worst dentist you will ever visit. the one appointment work she will divided to 2 or 3 appointments so she can get more copay. She will not let you in when with your child so you don't know what she is doing. The very important things she work as receptionist, nurse and dentist at the same time and she is very rude. The town is full of great pediatric dentists and very professional not like this dentist.

We love Dr. Sosa she takes great care of my daughters when they come to see her, and are excited to see her. She's very kind and patient and explains everything to them for procedures. Highly recommend her

My 3year old had to go under for some dental work. My husband stepped for a work meeting , and I stayed behind with my 1 year old. The dentist came out tell me that everything came out fine , and that anesthesiologist would come out and give me some home instructions. When the anesthesiologist went to go grab my son , and the receptionist asked me about payment. I told her that my husband had to stepped away but he would be back soon and I will pay. I then was given my son who was still under and non responsive , and I was trying to wake him up as I was being instructed to do. Keep in mind that I was in shock to see my 3 year this way. I knew it would take a few minutes to get my little one to respond , BUT what made me so angry was what happened right after. The Receptionist kept pushing me and harassing me about the payment. I WAS FOCUSING ON MY SON BREATHING AND MAKING SURE HE WOKE UP! I had to repeatedly tell her that I was waiting on my husband, and he would be here soon. I had to tell her " I'm not going any where I'm going to pay you ". The densit stated that they wanted my son to go home and not stay at the clinic the whole time. I told her I didn't plan on staying at the clinic. While trying to keep my one year old near, waking up my non responsive 3year while trying to heavily text my husband to come back , and them harassing me to pay. I'm so very discuted by the receptionist, and I had a couple friends that I was referring not anymore! Do better! My husband finally gets there as I'm having anxiety about my son and payment. That he shows up pays , and GUESS WHAT they still needed me to say until my son woke up. It was overall a horrible experience.

Completely ignorant about autism. Insisted that my son go back by himself even though I told her he was on the spectrum. The forms are insulting with regard to ADHD and Autism. They need to come into this century. Ignorance at its worst.

Do not waste your time with this dentist office. The staff and dr sosa herself are rude, shady, and will make false claims with your insurance. They expect the client to do their billing for them. They will not even give you a curtesy call for a follow up. We will NOT be returning here. Parents beware dr sosa is stern and cold to children as if she was still in the military. Not what you would expect for a pediatric dentist. Again do not waste your time and money here.

This office is a joke. They have a horrible admin team and are very unprofessional. They say they accept your insurance before educating themselves on what your insurance details. They will bill your insurance for services on days you weren't even there, so they can collect money. They are a fraud. If you talk to the staff the girl who answers the phone will get snippy and act like a spoiled little infant. When my insurance called to get an understanding of why they were billing for dates incorrectly the girl who "handles the situation" hung up on my insurance. Dr. Sosa finally got on the phone and admitted that they do services "without asking if that's ok" then bills insurances later instead of getting the ok first from the insurance. DONT GO HERE! Not professional at all. Also Dr. Sosa wasn't very cheerful to my child as you would think a children's dentist should. It's time for her to retire.

Great dental office! This place knows what they are doing in regards to insurances, which I've noticed is rare to find now a days... Dr. Sosa is great with kids and her staff is always friendly and professional.

This lady is TERRIBLE!!! She is rough and sometimes mean to the kids! She is rude to parents! She takes children, no matter their age or if they are frightened, back alone and treats them without the parent being able to witness what is happeneing! She threatens the kids and my kids came out shell shocked. She doesn't seem to have any compassion for children or parents. I am a polite person so I didnt say anything but she was so mean and uncaring towards the children. And I mean all of them, not just mine. The reviews on here that are good are probably HER and her workers or a positive review company !!! They all say the same thing. "Been going here years!, kids aren't afraid and the receptionist is friendy" NO ONE would give this lady a positive review! Heed the reviews and stay away from this office!!!!

Dr. Sosa is always great with my children, ages 10 and 4. She is very friendly and informative about what's going on with their dental health and encourages discussing questions and concerns that parents might have. The office staff is welcoming and efficient. We have been with Dr. Sosa for 8 years!
