As a 1987 graduate of the UNC School of Dentistry, Dr. Ross received the C.V. Mosby Scholarship Award for being number one in his class. Aftergraduating, Dr. Ross served as a faculty member at the School of Dentistry for one year before entering the Orthodontic Program at UNC. In 1991, upon completion of this program, he returned to Greenville to take over his fathers orthodontic practice.
Dr. Ross is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, the North Carolina Dental Society, East Central Dental Society and the UNC Orthodontic Alumni Association. He also serves on the Advancement Council of Health and Human Performance at East Carolina University and the Admissions Committee for the ECUSchool of Dentistry, where he is also a teaching faculty member. He has been a member of St. James United Methodist Church for over 50 years.
When Dr. Ross isnt in the office, he enjoys taking mission trips with his church to places such as Kenya and Nicaragua. Dr. Ross loves anything outdoors, especially bicycling and paddleboarding. He even raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for local Boys and Girls Clubs through cross country bicycle rides.
