Dr. Jake is a native of North Eastern South Dakota and received his Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the University of Minnesota. After completing his undergraduate work, Dr. Jake served our country as an active duty Air Force Officer stationed primarily in Colorado and Mississippi.

Following his time in the military, Dr. Jake attended the University of Minnesota where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Outside of the office, Dr. Jake enjoys spending time with his family, the outdoors, hiking, biking, and running.
