Dr. Kendon A. Ross received his Doctorate in Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) Degree from Loma Linda University, School of Dentistry in 1993 located in Southern California. He had previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona. For the last 20 years, Dr. Ross has continued his dental education with hundreds of hours of coursework to keep informed of new trends in dentistry.
Dr. Malia Fredrickson grew up in upstate New York. She received a Bachelor of Science at the University of California in Riverside in 1989 and her Doctorate in Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) at Loma Linda University in 1993. Dr. Fredrickson moved to South Carolina in 1994 where she associated for two years. Dr. Fredrickson purchased our Seneca practice in June of 1996. She also practices in our sister office in Anderson, SC. With over 20 years experience, Dr. Fredrickson is knowledgeable in all aspects of dentistry and particularly enjoys cosmetic dentistry.

I have some dental anxiety and I had a wonderful experience after having a painful tooth. They were able to get me in the next day and fixed the problem same day. Wonderful experience with Dr. Ross. I have found my new dental home.

I woke up in the morning with a terrible toothache. I didn't have a regular dentist. I called in the morning and they were able to get me an appt later that day. Office and exam rooms were clean. Office and dental staff were professional and courteous. I really appreciated them squeezing me unto their schedule last minute.

Dr. Ross, Dr. Fredrickson and their staff are the most caring and competent dental office in the upstate. I have patronized their office for almost a decade and the consistency of service I receive each time is a testament to their ongoing desire to stay updated on dental care practices and to give the best service possible. The office is always clean, neat, and efficient. Greatly appreciate the team!

Wonderful staff that seems genuinely caring and engaged in my care and my experience. Drs Ross & Fredrickson make very clear what the treatment plan will be and why it's necessary. My visit today was an emergency which they made time for me and did a great job treating my issues. We recently moved to Seneca, and we're thrilled to find a dental practice that's treats patients so well.

Great staff and Dentists but it is impossible to reach them via phone. Very frustrating. It is a real shame that in this day and age that a professional service provider can't provide their clients with a simple way to reach them. This has happened to both me and my husband a few times. Will probably change dentists

I'll be honest here, I had a bad experience the first time I went, but that was due to them having to call in someone from a different dentist to fill in for an employee who was out for good reasons. But, they did a great job fixing everything and making things right. I could tell they really cared about me and the service I received. Today when my daughter went in they did a great job in all areas! The staff was friendly, they seemed to do a thorough job in the cleaning for my daughter. They did great explaining things to me and were very helpful. I'm glad I gave them a second chance.

So happy with our appointments today, first time at Ross & Frederickson, had a bad experience with Aspen Dental, but today was like a breath of fresh air. Dr Frederickson fixed a filling that Aspen messed up and the staff are so friendly and professional, Hubby and I are happy to have found them and would recommend them to anyone in the area.

Both Ross and Fredrickson are excellent dentists. They go above and beyond to address any issues/problems, as does the entire staff. They even gave me advice while I was out of the country last year (thank you, Kristin, for facilitating that!). You can't go wrong with these guys as dentists.

I had an old veneer break off on a Sunday evening. I called Dr. Fredrickson's office at 7:00AM on Monday morning and by 7:15 (that morning!) I was seated in a dental chair with the always sweet and positive Dr. Fredrickson telling me she would take care of it and all would be well. She was exactly right. I walked out of the office at 8:45 with a beautiful temporary crown and an appointment in a few weeks for the placement of the permanent crown. Dr. Fredrickson and her staff are the best. Always kind, gentle and professional...and today...very accommodating! I am so appreciative. Thank you! :)

Dr. Ross is the best. Gentle, cares about if your comfortable. I have been going to him for 23 yrs. He gives you what treatment plan you need and let's you make the decision.
