Dr. Guan earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from The University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine, where she was awarded several scholarships for her academic achievement. After graduation, she made Ohio her home and completed a general practice residency at Summa Health System, where she received in-depth clinical training in general dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, periodontics, prosthodontics, and implant dentistry.
Prior to becoming a dentist, Dr. Guan was a research scientist studying the underlying mechanisms of enamel development. Her work has led to multiple publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals. She found dentistry as her true passion because being a dentist allows her to apply the scientific insight and manual skills that she gained from her research experience to directly influence and enhance peoples oral health. She truly enjoys providing the best quality comprehensive dental care to her patients and bringing smiles to their faces. Dr. Guan looks forward to meeting her patients and building a lifelong relationship with them and their families.

Tori has worked the front desk for over 10 years. She will beone of thetwo faces that will be greeting you at the front desk. She has a marketing background from Kent State University. Most of her experience at our office is in insurance and answering patients questions. She lives in MunroeFalls with her husband and 2 children. When not at work, she enjoys baking, crafting, and traveling.
Laura has been a familiar face at our dental office for over 20 years. She will be one of the twofaces that will likely greet you at the front desk upon your arrival. Laura has a background in banking and customer service and is always willing to assist a patient with any questions that might arise. She resides in Munroe Falls with her husband and dog Abby. In her free time she enjoys going to the beach and crafting.
Brandy has been a dental assistant since 2006, and working at this location for over 5 years. She loves what she does, especially interacting with patients and getting to know them. When she is not dental assisting, she enjoys spending time with her little boy and cooking.

Ross Commons is an excellent place to go for teeth cleaning. As a new patient I can tell you they made you feel like you have been coming there for years. Dr Guan was very thorough with my teeth and very gentle. The hygentist was just ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She was kind, careful, sweet, funny and made my experience a great one. Ross Commons provides you with such wonderful information you need to keep your teeth in great shape at home. I have been very pleased with the care I've received at Ross Commons Dental Arts. The staff are so helpful, friendly, and always professional in their interactions with me. I have never had an issue with scheduling an appointment, and they work at getting me in when I have an emergency situation. Dr. Guan is thorough in her treatment. She is knowledgeable and precise in her work, and she is so calming in her demeanor. I would recommend Ross Commons Dental Arts to anyone looking for dental care.

Dr Michelle and the staff at Ross Commons are so friendly and helpful! I can tell they truly care about my dental health, which isn't always the case for dentists. Exams are always very thorough and I leave feeling like I had all my questions answered. I recently did the OrthoFX program, and Dr Michelle was so helpful and always answered my questions and concerns quickly, and I'm so happy with my new smile! Laura at the front desk is so cheerful when I walk in and again just always willing to help! Ross Commons is a great place for all of your dental needs.

Very happy with Ross Commons. Dr. Guan is the most thorough dentist I've seen and you can tell she takes her patient's dental health seriously. The rest of the staff is great as well and the office is very nice. Going to the dentist can be an uncomfortable experience, but I've always felt at ease here.

I found Ross Commons online and was looking for a dentist that could see me with short notice, and they did just that. I keep going to this dentist because I can see the facility is clean and the staff is friendly, but nothing beats knowing that I'm getting high quality work from the dentist and her team.

The staff is friendly and efficient. The dentist and hygienist listened to concerns and answered questions thoroughly. Never a wait in the office for scheduled appointments and they were able to see me quickly when I needed a special appointment. Clean facilities.

Receptionist was rude from the start. Just trying to schedule an appointment and when my insurance wasn't in their network she just hung up on me. Which is odd because their website says "No insurance no problem. We also accept Care Credit." Could've at least asked if I still wanted to schedule the appointment. Which I would have liked to but not when you get hung up on.
