Expressed discomfort multiple times during a few appointments. Have a panic attack as I said I would during a cleaning. They didn't even let me talk or let me calm down just gave me a referral and told me to leave. I don't gave a reliable way to where they want to send me. Cruel and unkind to their patients is an understatement. I regret coming to this dentist and this experience has done nothing to help me with my fears.

Don't waste your time. They don't know how to treat customers. They don't even know how to talk to customers. The worst dentistry in my entire life experience. I've lived in 4 different states, these are by far the worst people i've ever seen in this business.

Everytime I have had a visit I always have a problem. One time they didn't numb me enough for a filling and I felt everything and screamed. He's not gentle and the staff is so rude. I recently missed 2 appointments I scheduled but it was due to COVID and I told them that and now they won't let me reschedule another appointment. It's beyond ridiculous! Do you want me coming in with Covid! Then Stacy said "sorry not my problem but we will be happy to send your x-rays to someone else"

This Dentist made me not scared and I like this Dentist I would take my kids here they did a filling on my tooth and did not even hurt I would 100% go to this Dentist

First step to owning a successful business, ANSWER THE PHONE!!! I've tried calling to schedule an appointment for FIVE DAYS! Even left a voicemail to call me back, still haven't heard anything. Great service guys

Dr Roshel has a great deal of experience with dental work. He has given above what others might do in service. His staff is friendly and easy to deal with.

Dr.Roshel has poor bedside manor, im not a great dental patient. I was gave nitrous and when Dr was numbing me, he hit a nerve and I pushed up. Dr. Yelled at me loudly. The filling, has come loose, and I will now lose the tooth. I'll be going to a new dentist, for that procedure.

Dr John Roshel is not your typical dentist! He is not only professional and friendly but has a great sense of humor. He understands Dentists are not always the favorite doctor to visit and enjoys a good quip every once in awhile. The staff is always polite, friendly and helpful. While this office accepts Tricare for military members....his appreciation for veterans goes behind simply accepting the insurance. He treat veterans as he would any other patient and provides excellent care despite the lower fees he collects from Tricare. He also understands how important accurate paperwork is for the military.. Every time I leave ...he and his staff expression their appreciation to veterans. Great Dentist, professional and friendly staff!

Friendly environment and the staff are excellent! My fillings were quick and easy, with little to no pain. They did a great job!

If I could give zero stars I would. The so called manager Stacy is rude. This is not a understanding office. Had to cancel my appointment, which I've never been here before & they said they can never take me back if I cancel. Rude and apparently they aren't human!

I had the worst cleaning ever and I'm 61 years old.The dentist looked at my teeth briefly said I had a cavity and my frontbridge was in bad shape and then he just left . Told everyone how unhappy I was and they just said sorry. Now I have to go to another dentist asap. This was a total waste of time. Really a shocking experience.
